Woods of Whitchurch is a brilliant local shop which offers a wide range of food items, from fish and chips on Fridays to ice creams, croissants and pastries , coffees and much much more.
Brilliant service and food plus a great range and original foods in the deli (as well as more standard stuff).

The deli part of the shop was inspiring with a wonderfully tempting array of artisan cakes as a centre piece I’ve taken a few pictures but my camera phone doesn’t really do it justice We would highly recommend you...
We have visited Truffles twice in the last week and have enjoyed utterly delightful Vegan Fayre and the very best coffee in town!

On a quick visit today I saw the storefront and in I went...what a totally lovely, warm shop with such a terrific selection of books!
A small but intelligently stocked and immaculately laid-out book shop.

The shop has changed its name but still sells hats and fascinators of all shapes, sizes and colours and dresses/outfits to match.
Amazing, the best stocked hat shop ever!

Food was lovely and fresh, spent about 2 hours overall because of the variety of shops that sell unique, hand-made things for the house and garden, that are reasonably priced.
The restaurant/cafe is good homemade food and served well presented, at great prices.

My 6 year old daughter and I had a fabulous morning with Katie learning about clay and how to make pinch pots, tiles and a pot on the wheel.
Charles was very friendly and welcoming when we first entered the tea shop, he showed us some of the pottery that was on sale and told us about the different glazes that we could use on our pieces.
