What travelers are saying
- Mika R1 contributionLots of fun both as a get-to-know activity and as bonding with friends:) Clues are interesting, varied, and appropriately scary (we completed the mental hospital room) with hosts Malin and Marianne who were friendly and accommodating. Thanks!Written August 13, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Hayley W5 contributionsViking biking was a great find. We enjoyed a three hour bike tour around the great sights of Oslo with tour guide Jon. Jon told us many facts and kept us well entertained through the whole tour. The route is gentle and enjoyable for all ages.Written August 10, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- zyouensAlberton, Australia1 contributionOur guide (the lovely Coco) was very flexible and knowledgeable about the attractions she was showing us. It was a very enjoyable walk around OsloWritten July 5, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sue CMelbourne, Australia64 contributionsWe had limited time in Oslo but wanted to experience their walking trails so at the suggestion of a reviewer, we decided to catch the metro to Frognerseteren. After 20 metro stops we found our way to the tranquility and quietness of being out of the city. We followed the trail to Tryvannstua using the blue markers on the tree trunks. It was lovely to meet locals who were out walking with their English setters and had brief chats to them about our travel through Norway. We chanced upon the cafe which served delicious cardamom and cinnamon buns which we rewarded ourselves with together with cups of coffee! Would definitely recommend following this trail if you decide to go walking “out in the country”.Written September 10, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jo GrantWelwyn Garden City, UK2 contributionsIrene was a very informative, jolly guide who had a nice friendly manner. Recommended despite the rain! We saw the main sights and were then able to go back and look in more detail afterwards.Written August 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Maccfan500Manchester, UK44 contributionsTook Metro to the end of the line at Frognerseteren and then followed signposts for an enjoyable 10KM walk down through the forest to rejoin a metro stop lower down. Tranquil forest with easy to follow trails. Came to great view over Oslo and also across to the ski jump. So close to the city and yet so much in the countyside.Written July 3, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Juliana VBogota, Colombia50 contributionsBeautiful Park! The sculptures are amazing, even for our teen daughter. She also had a laugh with some of them. Really worth the visit.Written August 13, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- modernyatriBengaluru, India27 contributionsOne of the best museums of specific interest. They have maintained the Fram so well and it is an experience to walk in, around and through this fantastic ship. Historical pictures were displayed all around and there were supporting shows to watch. A lot of Ealing involved.Written August 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- lucyd36 contributionsA truly spectacular place if you're a nature lover. Beautiful lake, lots of waterfowl, a peaceful place to clear your mind or enjoy a break from the city. Wonderful for running as well.Written August 17, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Happy TravellerSydney, Australia5,373 contributionsVisited today , and of course had to climb up on the roof for that fabulous view. ( easy climb) it’s easy on the eye. And a nice transition from the water. I imagine in winter it could almost be hidden if the snow came. Inside was vast with clean lines. Coat racks were vast and no security. Couldn’t happen like that in my country.

- Leddfoot6 contributionsI think that it is awesome that you can sled for 10 minutes nonstop. Just catch the train back up. Warm coffee and waffles up top make it awesomWritten February 24, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Klaudia_KarpinskaOslo, Norway106 contributionsIn the several rooms of this interesting museum are presented sculptures and models that were created by well-known Norwegian artist Gustav Vigeland. There are concepts of sculptures that are now part of the bridge, fountain and obelisk in the park in Frogner in Oslo. Furthermore, in the museum are also several models that were never realised on the full scale (some of them showing Vigeland's visions of heroes of sagas and Eddic poems).Written July 23, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
