- nara501Boston, MA331 contributionsNice place to spend half an hour. Quite an impressive array of paintings and huge area to wonder around for a bit. Upstairs rooms were closed to public.Written June 24, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

The atmosphere is always great and you feel included to meet new people or dance to your next favourite music. Try out their delicious drinks like the cucumber gin tonic. Highly recommended!Written December 8, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- PirateSpaceOslo, Norway90 contributionsWe joined the excursion around the villa first and then had a great lunch on a balcony with a spectacular view of Oslo. It was definitely worth a 30 minute walk from the Vigeland park.Written August 17, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - permiaIreland40,176 contributionsIt was interesting to see the temporary exhibition in this central Gallery.
Works by the well known artist had amongst them some striking pieces.Written July 10, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Not realising that the current one ended on the 5th, it was some days later that we arrived. Staff were lovely, and apologetic. And were busy preparing for the next displays. Scheduled to open post our time in Oslo.Written June 30, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The exhibits change frequently, so go back, even if you've visited in the past. It has a very good cafe, place for kids to be entertained, a book shop, movie theater and a restaurant with outdoor seating overlooking the Royal gardens. It is open all week, except Mondays. Opening hours are longer on Thursdays.Written August 24, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- ithaca96Colmar, France354 contributionsThe gallery is located in one of the modern new buildings in the very trendy Tjuvholmen area in the old Oslo docklands. The discreet entrance leads you in to an amazing exhibition of colour photography by a Norwegian art photographer usually known for his black and whites, Kåre Kivijärvi. The gallery is linked to an older, quite prestigious gallery on an island in the Oslo fjord, and shows contemporary art.
