This is an excellent conference venue with good easy access by metro. There are other things nearby, restaurants and other things, making it easy to not be trapped inside at lunchtime for example.

I was there for a concert.

Overall, the venue was good as the stage is closer to the audience and slanted floor upward from the stage to the back provides good view.

Only thing I was surprised was that both side walls are in red. Does it represent Austria or something?

I found it disturbing as I’ve never seen such contrast at any venues.

I was there for a conference. The congress center is closed to a MRT station. There are a bunch of places that you can have lunch during a conference such as McDonald and a couple of restaurant. After the conference you can enjoy an amusement park that is located very closed to the congress center.

Place where you find a friendly person to help you with your travel needs from tours to travel booking or just to answer your questions.
Booked our train tickets to Prague and bus tickets to Budapest and it was as easy as it can be and alot cheaper than booking from Sydney. Highly recommend this place for your travel needs.

We got good advice when visiting this place. Staff was helpful and gave us useful information about Vienna - how to use public transport and also how to go from Vienna to Bratislava by train. Location at the city centre. Plenty of brochures, and busy because of a lot of tourists. Anyway it was OK for us.

I'm really surprised by how great this place was. It's very small and sort of hidden, but it is excellent information on people who were in the resistance in Vienna, as well as those murdered (Jews, gypsies, gays, disabled people, political prisoners, etc).

They had English translations throughout the exhibit but granted more details were in German (but for the most part you got the gist of it from the English).

At first I thought this would be similar to the Documentation Centers that I went to in Nuremberg and Berchesgaten, but it was very different (and free!).

    Well worth a visit.

Bought Bratislover and extension tickets to the airport. In both cases I have served efficiently by courteous counter staff who spoke excellent English. They have time for small talks and considerate in giving out important information regarding my trips that turn out to be very useful!

We came by to see what there was to do in Vienna. The people behind the counter were really helpful and gave us options regarding activities. There was a cafe inside so you could also take a break if you wanted to.
they do have toilets but they require payment. You could then use the toilet ticket in the souvenir shop. There was quite a lot of items in the souvenir shop and some were really interesting. It was a nice place to look around as well.
