Such a lovely day out ! We did the rope park and there was plenty to do in the medium section. Easy to learn and nice greenery. The cafe was lovely to sit in for those not participating, very well run and awesome ! Thanks very much !

This pool is just as good as in my older reviews. It is sited on the lower slopes of the Vienna Woods and has a panoramic view over the city, visible while you swim or sunbathe. It is a good sized chlorine-free pool set in extensive grounds where people picnic and sunbathe. Families often settle in for the day. There is a cafe and a snack bar, or take a home-made picnic. We noticed with pleasure that despite all the picnicing going on, there was no litter to be seen anywhere. There are two childrens pools as well as the deeper main pool.

There is an all-day entry fee, a lower one applicable after 13:00, and a further reduction after 16:00.

On arriving you get a ticket at the cashier's window outside, then go inside and hand the ticket back in at the indoor desk (traditional Austrian practice). Go on to the large single-sex communal changing rooms which are spacious and very clean. There are lockers which take 1E or 2E coins as deposit, returned when you put the key back in. (If you want a family changing cabin instead of using the changing rooms, these can be rented from the indoor desk).

To get to the pool, get tram 38 out from the city centre to it's terminus at Grinzing and change to bus 38A. Get off at the Krapfenwaldgasse stop ( a screen display inside the bus tells you when you are approaching each stop) and walk for a few minutes down Krapfenwaldgasse to the baths.

Thank you for making a great outdoor location for the kids. Perfect for a good day picnic and lovely playground, it’s bit outside Vienna but easily accessible with local transportation. The bus Nr 24A brings you directly to the park and subway U1 to bus 24A.
The park has wonderful arrangements for kids there is a drinks automatic Maschine but I would recommend to take your own water bottles.
There is a huge parking lot, the only thing missing is a nice restaurant for parents to enjoy there Sunday coffee.
Yes highly recommend for outdoor activities but try not to go on hot sunny day.

Well, there is something to see for evwryone.
I liked the beautiful layout of Vienna centre town with true replicas of historic buildings. And of course all three of their Railway stations. On the other side, my son, 11yo, didn't care too much fot this layout.
He found RC cars much more interesting. Since there was no crowd (sunday morning) he could play for half an hour in a row.
There is a fancy mirror room and an kids climbing park too. Soo three hours flew by . It is well ventilated, clean eith clean toilets and also an area to eat.
The reason I am giving it only four of five stars is the following: at the end, there is also a 3D simulator for games. 10mins free. We had theee tickets, so 30 mins of play. But the lady who assisted us (you can not play it alone) didnt speak english a single word. She didnt know how to help us and to set a virtual reality game for us. So mynson, nekther I couldnt play it. I think they should definitely hire a lerson who knows how to set up angame and soeaks at least english, if not even better other languages.
At a price of 46 euros for such service, I am giving it a solid four, buz eith BR games, could be five.

A nice and small park that you can spend time in and rest in during your walk in the area. It has some activities for your children.

Nice green area, but the pool area is really not enough for the crowd that was there on a hot Friday summer afternoon. You could only literally stand in the water, no chance to swim or relax. Otherwise, it is clean and well maintained, and food is reasonably priced. I wish they would impose a limit on how many people they let in, so the experience would be better for everyone.
