What travelers are saying
- GaetanoR936Province of Ancona, Italy26 contributionsI took part in a ArchaoNOW tour. Moving along the city center with map provided by them and quiz tests that support to discover new things about Wien city. The tour has been run on our own path as there was not really rush in it but everyone can decide how spent time moving, no hurry but you can take time you need. they tours offer the possibility to see the city for particular that sometimes are missed in bigger tours.Written July 10, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- CardMagikRoswell, GA87 contributionsThis was so cool and so well done! There is a really cool back story with a professor who gets killed and his secret fatal virus is stolen. The amount of the virus is enough to kill all of Vienna if poured into the reservoir. Your job is to find which of the 3 suspects is the killer within about 2 hours.
You are sent from place to place to gather hints. The hints can be written down or put on a provided answer sheet. If you get it right, you will get the secret code to open the locked box with the virus and save Vienna.
Our game master, Kimberly was great and very patient with us. She also helped us with some hints we totally botched. It took us about 2.5 hours but then again, it was cold and we stopped for hot coffee to warm up and do some calculations.
This would be good for newbies to Vienna but even for folks who have lived here because you see some things you never looked at before though you may have walked by them hundreds of times and maybe even go into some places you’ve never been.Written December 9, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Sara MartinLifford, Ireland9 contributionsMe and my friend completed the ‘Gangster Cage’ room and did nothing but laugh. The riddles were a medium difficulty, which would be great for first timers to escape rooms. With each room we unlocked, the more ridiculous/hilarious the riddles/puzzles became (the reason for 18+ age restriction for the room, became very apparent). I wish I remembered the name of the quiz master but he was so funny and very helpful before, during and after.

- Karin TVienna, Austria24 contributionsIt was fun and very well organized. The riddles were a bit too easy, but still a lot of fun and we could actually also focus on the surroundings.Written March 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Joanna Park-Tonks1 contributionOne of the most fun and innovative interactive tours I have done in years. Highly recommended. The organiser, Mario, is professional and knowledgeable. The perfect host.Written May 12, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jakob S1 contributionI took a tour through Vienna's central cemetery (Zentralfriedhof) with Safu last summer. Very entertaining and full of bree information even for a Vienna local like myself. Instead of spoiling the experience with more details, I recommend to rake it yourself!Written January 13, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Stamatis TLondon, UK11 contributionsWe enjoyed this alternative way to explore the city and sightseeing. We tend to use this app in most of the cities that we visit, because you get to visit the highlights in an enjoyable way. Highly recommended! Value for money!Written July 5, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- EuropeWandererKaiserslautern, Germany106 contributionsWe had just completed our CityQuester tour of Prague so decided to take on the adventure of doing one in Vienna as well. We are a family of four, children 14 and 10, so in our travels have always looked for an alternative to the standard walking tour which our kids seem to always be less than enthusiastic about and can say that both the Prague and Vienna quests do that very well. The quest takes you into some of the areas of the city you might miss otherwise so makes it a great addition when you visit and adding the element of a quest definitely has the kids more involved. Both quests run similarly using a smartphone that will direct you from clue to clue and site to site. The really nice part is the extra history notes that you’re able to read along the way. Also using the smart phone only option keeps the cost down and that’s an extra bonus. These are really great ways to see the city get a little extra history all while having a little fun. Highly recommended for those families like ours searching for a way to keep the kids interested.Written July 26, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
