Great family day out to escape the city heat. Outdoor swimming, kids pool, lap pool, flume…

Wee bit of a walk from the nearest Ubahn station but all through a nice park so didn’t feel like a chore.

This was one of the best things we did in Vienna. The kids enjoed it very much and we also. We spent there 3-4 hours

Located near the Alte Donau metro station and with a lot of parking places. It is well organized (lot of place on grass, trees, stone beach, wooden pier, free sunbeds, bar and pools) and gives you the feeling of a real beach. Perfect place for chilling in a summer sunny day. There is the possibility of renting boats. Ticket is 6.20 € for adults.

Very well set out with a range of facilities of a spa. For those who are daring there is a naked area but not in any way sexual(it would not work in the UK)

This place, which is within Prater Park is worth a visit. Its not much to look at from the outside but once you get through the gates its well worth it. There are several decent sized pools, a water slide, a couple of cafes/ice cream stalls and some children's areas as well as plenty of green space to sit for a picnic. Authentic feel, with lots of locals cooling off on a hot day. Well worth a visit! It was about 8 Euros to get in. There are a limited amount of lockers so you may need to keep your belongings with you

If you are in Vienna with children and it is hot, this is a good place to go. A previous reviewer got there by taxi. We took the 43 tram from Schottentor to Hernals and then the 42a from Hernals to the pool. Very nice green area with lots of shade. One big pool and several smaller pools. 2 well supervised diving boards, a big water slide, a nice cafe and a children's playground. 12 decent trampolines too. I went with my 11 year old daughter and we spent most of the day there while my wife did the art in Vienna!

This beautiful pool with lawns and a wellness centre is superb. It is located at the top of the Schonbrunn Palace park and is full of affluent, good-looking locals. It has a nice bar and coffee place, very clean changing rooms and a lovely feel about it. I went in the afternoon and it as about 10 euros. A real find

I was yelled at by the old and grumpy owner just because I accidentally entered the kitchen when looking for the toilet. He then even refused to apologize!

I am not going to pay 14 euros ever again to these horrible people. Don't go there!

Nice staff and great fun for our kids. The trampoline is floating in the new Danube, it seemed a lot longer than 12 Minutes. We'll be back soon!

If you expect to grab a few euros and a swimsuit to go swimming, you're wrong. You arrive to the Kasse, and read a message that online tickets only.. so you need to go back in probably the hottest weather to fetch your online device and payment card.. Ok so now you got them, find their web, figure out what you gonna buy for tickets, buy them. In order to get a five member family you will need about five minutes to click through every attachment, download it, open it in a pdf viewer, and let one member pass per attachment. Once you're in, it's ok, there is water, grass, shadow, sun, wc, even some food to buy.. Now you want to get out.. You need not to have deleted the email, because without it, you cannot get out. So you find it in trash, open every attachment again, let every member pass.. good luck
