What travelers are saying
- NieloBlakedown, UK30 contributionsA brilliant spa with many facilities, including pools for children, quiet areas, and the sauna (adults only).
I would recommend a full day visit to Therme Wien, for the complete experience. The sauna area is separate and changed in addition, which wasn't made clear. However, it is well worth the money! There are a multitude of rooms to visit, and a couple of lovely outdoor pools, as well as ample sun loungers to relax on. The sauna area is of course a clothes free zone, which we were comfortable with. We would highly recommend it, after a few minutes it all seems very natural.
The only downside to note is the queue to get in. We had pre-booked and it still took an hour to get admitted to the spa.
Book yourself a cabin too rather than a locker for a couple of Euros extra, worth it. Go to Therme Wien you won't regret it!Written July 12, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Secondly, I fell off one of those scooters before we came and had a massive lump on my head and by the time we left it was basically flat. The sauna was amazing and we both felt completely relaxed when we left. FYI for any visitors from countries were this isn’t common, some people choose to use this spa nude but you can wear swimming costumes/trunks. Also if you have hair that is longer but can’t be tied up you need a swimming cap. Like I said though, head healing bliss!Written April 5, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- BuddyinbedtimesCalgary, Canada120 contributionsWent on a Wednesday evening so the crowd was sparse but nonetheless attractive and attentive. It was quite the maze, I could never figure out where I was or how I could get back to where I wanted to go. I was still discovering areas and hour after I got there. Too many dark areas for my liking but some like that I guess. Not sure why they keep the beautiful pool so cool, it just seems like a waste. Good to plunge into after the sauna though I guess. Maybe it's a heat/humidity thing if they keep it too warm. Maybe they could put a hot tub in the garden area as that seems to have more ventilation. A beautiful and very clean facility.Written July 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Ildiko gave me the massage. It was wonderful! She was able to loosen the tight muscles, offering relief to my painful back. Ildiko was pleasant, friendly and took the time to check with me during the session if the pressure she was applying was tolerable. It really was an enjoyable experience! Although I may never get back to Vienna, Austria, I highly recommend a massage with Ildiko at Kempinski The Spa Vienna to those who do!Written July 1, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KatjaVienna, Austria15 contributionsI got from my colleges for my birthday , a gift card and booked Thailand Package .
Staff is very kind, the lady gave me tee, slippers, let me choose my peelings and massage-oil. Then, she showed me my room and explained everything .
Before i went there i read all the comments and unfortunately it is really true that the the treatment doesnt last long as it says in description . My Massage should be 60min but yet it lastet only 45min .
