    Xmas market trip
    We had a spare night in Salzburg and this was a good option. I’m not a fan of mulled wine but some stalls did a hot Jameson whiskey with apple which was beautiful. The stalls have a lot of Christmas decorations if you like that sort of stuff.

    nice outdoor market even in winter
    A few sausage and meat/deli vendors plus a few produce tents. Wonderful quality farm goods. Had delicious grab and go wursts for EU3 each.

    Domplatz Markt
    Small market around the Salzburg Cathedral. Beautiful surroundings with the Don and also the car taking up to the castle. Lots of souvenirs to choose from
