Nice place full of locals sitting at small tables listening to live Turkish music on stage, often with guest singers (incl. a child on my evening) from the audience. Some were very snazzily dressed, others uber-casually. There is waiter or bar service, but all very laid back and informal. People here seem to go out in couples or small groups rather than on their own, which can be a bit intimidating, but all the young people speak good English and the bar staff are friendly. Not sure if there is any kind of good here. Beer was good and cheap - about £3 a pint for the local Efes, but bottled stuff readily available too. Limited outdoor seating in summer.
This is right at the end of the town so a good 10 minute walk from the most touristy bits, but there are also other local pubs and bars up this end of town, so it's well worth spending an evening mooching around this end rather than the other end, which seemed to be predominantly off-licences, casinos, souvenir shops and fancy shoe, handbag and clothing shops to attract all the well-heeled Russians.
