Reliable and staff very friendly. Service runs throughout the day and late into the night. Don’t be put off by long queues as the ferry carries a large number of people and runs every 10 minutes or so.

We had a wonderful experience. On our way to Comino (Blue Lagoon) we drove through the caves, pickup from Cirkewwa was just after arriving by bus, so we didn't have to wait long. We wanted to return to Gozo, not Island of Malta, which was possible and were lucky that a boat took us there when it shouldn't have according to the timetable (we were 10 mins late for our expected boat).
The tickets also say which different named boat services you can use with the ticket.

Right on time. Old school equipment but it does not matter. Will be greated by diesel fumes and ancient DVD with safety instructions.

I wasn't satisfied with the service of this company and I wouldn't book the tickets with them again. Unprofessional, misleading information, late.
The schedule on the company's website isn't correct. We have been on the ferry at 10 am but have been waiting for more than 30 minutes for more people to come. We left around 10.40 am. On the way back, we have been offered only 2 options when we could take the ferry - at 2 pm or 5 pm. The schedule says that the ferry departs every hour.
We've been waiting for a ferry at 5 pm and it came around 5.25 pm. The explanation given was that there was an accident so the boat had to give priority to the emergency services. However, boats (3!) of another company came and left in the meantime without any problems.

After considering several guided boat tours around Comino, all with mixed reviews we opted to use this basic, reasonably priced ferry service. This option gave us the flexibility to explore the island at our leisure as opposed to being shepherded around by a tour company. The staff at the ticket desk were clear and informative about the prices and route. Both the outgoing and return ferries were fairly crowded but this is to be expected during the high season. The only major downside to this service was boarding the return ferry where swarms of people crowded around the docked boat pushing to board. If they could improve the queuing system on the return journey to Comino this service would be ideal.

Just below the upper barakka lift and next to the regular ferry station we came across some lively guys in their small taxi boats. Instead of waiting for a ferry we just hopped on board and learned about the boats and the three cities as we glided across the harbour. And their stop in Vittoriosa/Birgu is right below the Inqusitors palace and the beautiful small streets.

We took the Gozo Fast Ferry from Valletta to Gozo in early March. The ship leaves every hour from the east side of Valletta, right beside the Valletta to 3 Cities water taxi. The ride takes 45 minutes to Gozo, following the north shore. Sit on the left side of the ship on the way to Gozo to watch the shoreline. There is a snack bar on board and bathrooms too on the back half of the ship. It does rock in the swells a bit, so some passengers moved to the back of the ship. A Google search will tell you the swell forecast - they will cancel the ship if conditions are unpleasant. Only 2 euros for seniors, 6 euros for adults, one way. You can take bicycles and luggage on board. Staff are friendly and helpful on board. The did not show the safety briefing on the way to Gozo but they did on the way back.
