Free on a Sunday night and full of young talent who jam with the house band. A great atmosphere and the drinks are pretty cheap too. Had no problem with a smokey atmosphere as previously mentioned

Our first visit to this friendly club and we would definitely return. It’s an intimate venue with good sound and pretty good sight lines. I was the only one with a column in my line of sight to the singer! Good range of beers but no decaf coffee. We didn’t eat there but menu looked fine.

Found by accident but what a find! Great host, great beer, great chat - went back a few times and thoroughly enjoyed every moment (especially the free dinner graciously made for me by the owner). Oh, also got gifted a beer goblet to take home!

Great little place if you like live jazzy music, special beer, pool, or just want to hang out with your friends.
Allways a lot of visitors. The staff is nice, and they have a great amount of different beer, cider and drinks.
They usually charge 20 kr entrance during live music, but in my opinion it's worth it :)

My teen daughter really loves jazz and collects music on vinyl. She also is teaching herself stand bass so this was a pilgrimage for her. The owner was very helpful and helped her pick out a Chet Baker LP. The owner was also very knowledgeable about jazz. He also gave us some Danish Jazz CDs that were house recordings. My daughter wanted to go to a performance here but our time in Copenhagen was limited.

Place No1 for a stunning drink. Bartenders are very friendly, you can see they really enjoy what they're doing. There is a place maybe for 30 people, with life music every wednesday and saturday. Easily reached from city center.

With the recent booking policy, Jazzhouse doesn't really for it's name any more - if you just drop in any random night, you are more likely to be treated to some experimental / avantgarde act than anything fitting in the jazz genre. At least for me, that is a very welcome change.
The upper floor has a quite good cocktail bar, where music is at a level where conversation is comfortable. The basement with the main stage has a more basic bar (mostly beer, I think).
The sound on the main stage is usually very good, no matter what genre is on.
If you're into some experimental music experiences, make sure to keep Jazzhouse on the radar. Some of my best concert experiences in recent years have been here.

Please, please, please do yourself a favour and visit this bar! I attended the October champagne Bingo Banko, which includes a wine tasting, however this would require that you can understand Danish, however visit this place on any other day. The staff are extremely kind and the atmosphere in this small place is cosy and warm. It may just be next to Nyhavn, the most touristy place in Copenhagen, however the authenticity of the place can't be denied. I shall return😊

It was a very positive experience to visit this New jazzclub in thr center of Copenhagen close to Rådhuspladsen. There are only room for 40 persons so make sure to book a Seat If the concert is interesting. In the beginning of October The Rolling Stones played intime concerts 3 days . So you never know....
