We booked a package from Colorline and that includes staying in the hotel legoland for 2 nights and 2 days access to legoland park during easter holiday. Staying in Hotel Legoland was convenient for us because it is also located inside the park. Although it was raining for those days we were there but we enjoyed most of the rides. The kids are really having fun. There was not so much long queues. So we actually made all the rides for almost one day and just went back half day the other day. The only thing that we might complained during that time was there was not much restaurant to choose from. The pizza restaurant and the grill restaurants were closed and the foods are really expensive. Maybe i would suggest there is a supermarket inside the Legoland park especially that it was during Easter time most of the stores are closed. But anyway the most important are we enjoyed most of the amazing interactive rides and the miniatures of the famous buildings in the world.

Great atmosphere in open air museum. Lots of places/eras to explore suitable for whole family.
Interesting mix of times all in one place. Some nostalgic items, some more museum pieces

Worth a look if you are in Aarhus for a few days

Probably the best attraction in Aarhus. A fantastic museum! We particularly enjoyed the diaramas and were grateful that everything was translated into english either on text or with headphones. Would 100% recommend going here if you get the chance.

This place is full of interesting weird stuff. I particularly liked the installation art in the basement. It was an experience to see "Boy" and other Ron Mueck work in person

We had a super fun day at Djurs Sommerland. The rollercoasters are great as were the other rides – for kids and parents. The guides at the coasters are very friendly and professional. The park is well laid out with plenty of space and easy to navigate. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the toilettes are clean which is always an extra plus. The park may be well off the main roads, but it is worth the drive.

We are a family of 4 with a tween and a younger child. I worried about going to a safari without a car. But I need not worry at all. There is so much to see that we spent the whole day here. We took the first safari bus at 10.30. It leaves at P1 and drives along the safari route and drops us at P3. It does not stop and let us off at P2. The bus ride takes an hour. After we got dropped off at P3, we had an early lunch and did the walking safari from P1, P2 and then P3. The park is compact and you can walk between all the parking areas of the driving route. The enclosures are large and I feel the animals are well looked after.

We do in fact have a rental car but I worried about the animals damaging it. The animals here are a lot less inquisitive than another safari I have been to. If I came again, I will take my rental car around instead of using the safari bus. There is a free audio guide on the website so you won’t miss the guide on the bus.

My son and I (Americans) visited the Jelling Mounds and Runic Stones in Denmark with some family friends. It was absolutely delightful and far more interactive than we'd anticipated! Nestled in the Danish countryside, this UNESCO World Heritage site offers an engaging peek into the rich history and culture of the Viking Age.

The mounds themselves are steeped in centuries of legend and lore. The runic stones are carved with intricate designs and ancient inscriptions, powerful reminders of Denmark's heritage and identity.

Our visit to the Jelling Mounds and Runic Stones was an interesting and memorable journey through Denmark's past.

We’re having a great day! Beautiful park with fun rides. The staff is very friendly, special thanks to Malou from the Spisekammeret. She was so very nice to us! Her English was good and she really made our day by her friendliness, not only to us, but to everyone. Employee of the year! Thanks Malou!

You can see the lighthouse from a (far) distance, growing as you have a nice walk. The dunes appear and grow higher. Great walk, read what happened with the lighthouse, you can climb to the top and see the surroundings.
