The best beach on the island! Absolutely stunning views, crystal clear turquoise water and a quiet beach setting. A must see. If you come to Paxos and don’t experience this, it’s like you never came.
The sea can be a bit rough, which was exciting to me, considering the rest of the island has fairly calm beaches.
The hike isn’t as steep as described in many reviews, but could be problematic for children or older folks.

This one of the only sandy beaches on the island although the sand is man-made. Situated 5kms south of Gaios it used to be an islet and is connected by a small, narrow bridge with the road to the bridge and parking located at the back of the beach. The views of the bay from the top of the hill are stunning. The beach is quite small and the sea bed shelves gently with very calm water so is safe and ideal for small children. The trees on the beach offer some shade and there is a taverna from which you can order food and drinks. The sunbeds to the right (looking out from the beach to sea) in front of the boat moorings are very quiet and you can watch the the yachts and small boats come in and moor up (some more successfully than others). There are better beaches on the island for swimming where the clarity of the water is significantly better.

Monodendri Beach is a totally Beautiful Pebble Beach with a fabulous setting -
Wonderful place on a wonderful island - this is however a game of two halves !

You arrive down the recently tarmac road that used to be a gravel track - and a very steep decline - to a beautiful bay/beach - you have 2 choices -

1 - take the left turn into the very relaxed and amazing Ben's Bar - where you will find one of the best small but amazingly friendly tavernas on Paxos - runn by Ben's mum and her friendly staff who serve up fantastic food in the taverna that overlooks from a high view point the lovely bay of Monodendri - Here you will get fresh dishes great service - its a little compact - amazing fresh muscles - and just the most enjoyable place for lunch - then its a stroll down to the Oasis that is Ben;s Bar - here you will get chilled out music - relaxing decks - waiter service - free sunbeds on the pebble cove - free use of a few knackered paddle boards and in high season a kayak - but this place is about the vibe - its truly relaxing - set up a tab - sip your cocktails and Beers - enjoy you wine - take a massage - and worry later about how the hell if you haven't arrived by boat or taxi your going to get away from this place !!!
Or Option 2 - continue right down the hill to arrive in the Bastas resort Bar and Taverna - right on the Beach !
With a large heated Pool - Sunbeds for use if your dinning in the restaruant - and a large well stocked bar
The Food menu here is a step up from the adjacent Ben;s Bar - but the service is on a different level - its slick - efficient - mildly friendly - but NEVER warm - you might have been a regular for years but all you will get is hello - which isn't great -
What IS Great however - is - they have the BEST EVER Pizza chef outside of Rome -
the Pizza here is to die for !!! And for that reason and that reason alone - we come back - time after time - these Pizza's are wood fired - and there are amazing - I actually think they are better than Rome - or anywhere for that mattrer
So if you want a family place with kids running around - a heated pool with a good bar - some GREAT music - and one of the best Pizzas in Greece then make your way here - its got it all !!!

A short 10-15 mins walk from Ozias along narrow rocky paths and you will be rewarded with an amazing scenic view of the turquoise sea and Tripitos. Either on the rock platform above or on the top of the actual arch this is the perfect place either at sunrise or for sunset drinks. I highly recommend a trip here.

You will all to often have driven past this beach once you've jumped in your car and headed out on the coastal road from Gaios new port toward Loggos. As you make the turn off on your right hand side you'll see the signage and a small slip road.

This is not advisable to drive down and would recommend parking nearby unless you plan on damaging the underneath of your hire car or tyres. We'd looked prior to walking down.

There is a bench nestled under a solitary tree for you to sit on and look out toward Corfu and the mainland across from the beach, in the distance. It's as expected a pebble beach much like the rest on the island.

It has rising rock faces on either side of the small inlet in which you can choose to stand, climb of fish (if that's an option.) Otherwise enjoy the beach, its' beautiful crystal clear water and get that well deserved tan and relaxation.

If your walking it's probably 20 minutes or more from the New port depends on the individual. It's uneven to get down but steady incline from the beach upto the roadside.

Typical place for a characteristic picture with the statue and the greek flag.
Very touristic, easy to reach, a stop is a must as you get an amazing view of the harbor.

I read some of the other reviews good & not so good and can agree with what they all said.
It is a good location, chilled atmosphere & music and food was nice.
I did think sunbeds were a bit pricey but enjoyed our visit nonetheless 😎
    Cheers 🥂🍻

Harami Beach is reached by a small path along the coast from Lakka. At the far end it a taverna that has sun beds which are on a terrace and free if you eat there. The food and the staff are wonderful. Just down the step onto a very narrow pebbly beach which turns to sand after a metre in the water.

Choosing one of artist Fiona Gillies's sparkly rings isn't easy, because as soon as you choose one, you see another beauty. As if by magic the one you like best will fit. And then there's the earings to match the ring. . .and an hour's gone by.

Beautiful beach and clear sea. Enjoyed visiting early in the morning when nobody was there. There is no shade or taverna and it is all the better for that.

Taking a walk from the village of Lakka I saw the signpost and decided to take a look. It is set in the most fantastic scenery with great views. The bell tower alone is worth the short climb. The church itself was not open, but well worth taking a wander around the area

Absolutely brilliant dive experience with Angelos and Anna. Professional, friendly dive centre, who look after you very well and show you the fantastic dive sites of the island.
I dive every few years so am not always the most confident, but felt safe at all times and had a lot of fun. My partner did a discover scuba experience and will certainly be doing his open water in the future.
Highlights included beautiful cave dives, seeing octopus, rock lobster and all of the beautiful fish that I couldn't identify!
Angelos took lots of great underwater pictures too so I've got some brilliant memories of a lovely few days

This is the third time we have hired a boat from Panos and his team in Loggos. Having hired the standard boats in the past (and found the experience top rate), this year we were a larger group of 10 and hired a top-of-line RIB (self drive). The service throughout was excellent - friendly, informative, and professional. The rib was immaculate, luxurious and huge fun. Paxos is a beautiful place to take out a boat and our trip including checking the caves and stopping off a swim and lunch at anti paxos. An outstanding experience all round and we hope to do the same again next year!

This is THE BEST boat rental company in Paxos. We rented a boat twice during our stay on the island and both times an excellent experience. Efi was so helpful and her knowledge of where to go based on weather and our safety was reassuring and very accurate!! We followed her advice and visited places whilst the winds were favourable. Giannis and the other boat staff were 100% reliable and lovely people. I cannot understand the v few negative comments posted- if a boat isn’t rented out it’s nothing to do with this company ‘not liking’ someone- it’s for safety/weather reasons!!
On our second visit they telephoned us to come back because of a slight overpayment and that was so honest as we didn’t think we had paid too much.
So if you want a boat in paxos- use these lovely people 😀🚣‍♀️
