There are plenty of activities you can pay for which are well organised and reasonably priced, we did rafting, kayaking and the kids did a brief horse ride, but the highlight by far was our (free!)
We had rafting at acheron river and was amazing!!! Children loved it!

Valtos beach is perfect for everyone; families, couples, friends..there are lot of activities (like parasailing, you must try!!), good restaurants like Captain's, small market where you can get everything you need...

The atmosphere of this family-owned coffee bar is warm and welcoming.
Nothing was too much trouble for this lovely family and l cannot recommend the place highly enough.

... in Parga and there are 3 different trips : Parga Town tour - 30mins costing 5eu for adults & free for under 14 year olds Waterfall and Watermill Folklore museum - 2hours costing 8eu for adults & 6eu for children.
The views are great and although we felt like little kids when we set off we were soon getting good photos and would def recommend.

We've been to this mini golf several times and it's a perfect little place for both adults and children.

But the beach is amazing, a huge long sandy bay, quite shallow and perfect for kids to play in, with a sand bank where the water is only ankle deep, and then gradually getting deeper.
The beach is absolutely beautiful and the water is shallow and warm so it's perfect for families.
