This was a hands on experience, from gathering eggs to prepping our meal. We learned so much about the culture and traditions of Naxos. We were delighted to taste food that the Perivoli family has grown and produced. The Perivoli ‘s have so much to be proud of. It is wonderful to see how they work together and generously share their time and expertise. We got to see many interesting places and the lunch stop in Apeiranthos was a treat. Highlight was the chance to swim at Apollonas. Our guides were licensed, experienced, and FUN, besides being natives. I felt safe and thrilled the entire time we were together. Just imagined though , the sea and caves were topped off by the impressive lunch made from scratch, our guides put together before our eyes - Who does that ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️from me…… and then made hot coffee? Nothing but the best

We started at a place called Argiropoulis for a small tour of their green area filled with trout/water/waterfalls and tavernas, then on to the local village where the grow avocados (shop there as well). The views are unreal. Lake Kournas for another 2.5 hours where you can rent a pedallo boat and go for a swim, see turtles etc then have some food/shop locally before they take you to an olive oil making factory. The entire trip started from our hotel at 0930 and we were back for 1730-1800. It was only £25 each return and it was the best money I have spent in a long, long time. Do not hesitate to book this tour - it is simply brilliant. Great knowledge from the guys, super friendly and very informative. - yogi17 contributionsEmanuel the owner of the winery gave us a personal tour and his passion for his craft as well as his winery is very evident. A wonderful way to learn about Naxos its' history as well as the winery's origins to what it is today. great wines and the food that was given along side of the tasting was some of the best food we had in our stay in Naxos.

At around 3 hours we left happy, and filled after having the traditional drinks, and dishes of the island. Our guide was excellent. If going to Naxos. Costa and Jyriakis looked after us so well, plenty of cold drinks and delicious food. They took us to the best places to swim and answered all our questions about Greece, Naxos and the islands.
