    Competent and friendly teacher who helps you being more relaxed and happy :-)
    The most authetic Yoga teacher I ever met :-)
    I have been going to Thalassa's yoga class regularly for two months. I love it!
    She is a very competent, friendly and lovely teacher.
    Also, it's not a problem if you don't speak Greek, as the classes are also held in English (I am German and it was really not a problem at all).
    She teaches us a lot about yoga philosophy and focuses on the here and now. I also learn to be more relaxed and happy.
    I went there alone without knowing any Greeks in Athens and it was very nice to be warmly welcomed. Thalassa contributed that I felt home here in Athens. Thank you a thousand times!

    Excellent relaxing day at the spa
    My friend and I have done two weeks in Greece, most in the islands, and wanted a relaxing day when we got back to Athens. We found this spa on trip advisor, and even though it was a bit far (€12 euro taxi about 25-30 minutes from our hotel), we are sooo glad we did. We wanted a spa with a pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room, and this had them all. The staff were AMAZING, so kind! We got a couples massage and both really enjoyed!! I would definitely recommend!!

    Yoga class at the National garden
    I stopped for a yoga class at the National garden, while traveling in Athens. It was excellent!

    the place to be!!!
    I had been searching for many years to find a place like this.I strongly recommend it for yoga begginers as well as advanced students.A really nice place with excellent teachers.

    Amazing morning yoga flow
    I loved the morning class. Very appropriate for stretching my legs after walking around Athens for 3 days! Kalliope is an awesome teacher and the space is beautiful.

    Just wonderful and a special place for Ashtanga Yoga
    The yoga studio is nice and cozy and somehow special. It is situated near to some bars and restaurants and yet a quiet and tranquil place. Alexia, the owner, has a calm way of teaching and I really liked her giving Ashtanga Yoga lessons. So I went there twice. I think, it was one of the best yoga experiences I ever had. Especially as the groups are small (6-8 people), the teaching is very effective and gives you strength as well as soulpower.

    Teacher trainings courses highly recommended 🙏🏻
    Tanya Popovich is a great yoga teacher, she did the traditional shivananda yoga trainings. Her background from 20 + years of yoga experience and wisdom about the vedas and the yoga at all levels has inspired me and make me more at peace whit my self and the world around me.
    She will also inspire you and help you whit here kindness and professionalism. If you looking for a teacher that wil give you the skills to become a good teacher and learn more about your self. Then step forward to your true nature, and learn about your own inner wisdom.
    Step out of your comfort zone. And become free from your one limitation and judgment. And start your inner transformation whit Tanya at your side. She has over 1000 ++ students al ready trainend she travels over the hole earth. To do here unique work the way only she can do it. She is an excellent light worker whit a big open heart.

    Wonderful Experience!!!
    I have visited SivaOm several times. Guru Siddhartha Shiv Khanna is one of a kind, teaching yoga on a spiritual, traditional Indian approach. Before SivaOm I had completely no idea about the real meaning of yoga. After every session I feel complete and calm. I was lucky enough to celebrate Diwali at SivaOm and attend a Puja ceremony!!

    Great location, beautiful classes and gorgeous vibes!
    What a beautiful and friendly studio in such a great location! I absolutely loved entering this space and you could feel all the care and attention to details. I joined a great yoga class with Bryony, I am newer to the practice and she adapted and guided me through the process. I highly recommend a visit - beautiful space, classes and people.

    I’ve been practicing for six years now and I highly recommend that shala.
    Although I came only for two days I extended to another one because Aris have been one of the most present, attentive and precise asthanga teacher I've had for years.

    Centered teacher, funky cool venue, excellent class
    I was only able to attend one class at this wonderful studio, but had such a fantastic experience I wanted to write a review. The head teacher is very centered, warm, and accommodating to English speakers. I took a level 2 3 class and felt that it was extremely well-rounded, incorporating pranayam from the beginning, and pushing students to safe limits on a physical level. I have been teaching for 10 years and have taken classes all over the world as well... I would highly recommend this Yoga studio to visitors or locals, newbies or Yogis who have been on the path for a long time. Om namah shivaya and efcharisto for the lightful experience 🙏
