- natacha_pmb1 contributionThank you so much for this great experience. Following the advice of the staff, we took a reservation for the last hour and climbed at 20:30. The view with the last rays of sun was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time.

The tour guide, Americo Santos, was outstanding in the specific knowledge of Porto as well as his overall background in general history to connect the various events discussed. His communication skills and adaptation to understand our cultural background also was remarkable. - entgirlbaltimore5 contributionsWe did the Vintage Food Tour with Miguel. He was such a lovely and knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humor. In addition to being very engaging, he shared some of his favorite things about Porto along the way for us to explore during our stay. The locations and food/wine/coffee offerings were top notch and the short walks between stops were perfect for letting things settle. We even went back to one of the locations on another day since we enjoyed it so much. Definitely the best food tour we've done recently. Well worth the value. - StephanieTampa, FL4 contributionsCanyoning in Geres National Park was one of the highlights of my trip to Portugal and one of the coolest things I’ve ever done! Aurelio was an amazing guide. He was friendly, had fun with us and always focused on keeping us safe. The small group size meant we made some friends but didn’t feel like we were constantly waiting in a crowd. Transport to and from our hostel in Porto was easy and it was nice stopping for lunch as a group outside the park after the tour. Our trip to the Douro Valley was made extra special by them because it's their homeland and they are delighted to share it with visitors. Learning about local culture and family values is important if you want to immerse yourself in travel here. - GaelleBelgium49 contributionsWe took a tuktuk tour with Dinis and had so much fun! He's super friendly and knowledgeable about the city. I wa impressed when he said he learned French by himself. As he heard my friend was into street art he even included some additional stops to show us some pieces. He then kindly dropped us off at our hotel which was more convenient for us

This was our second time on tour with him in three years. There is no better way to fully experience the full bounty of Portugues food, wine, natural beauty and history. Pedro has become a friend, someone we rely on for diving deep into this beautiful country, her traditions, culture and soul. - Csnchz423Los Angeles, CA49 contributionsWe had the best day wine tasting in the Douro Valley with Francisco. I booked the Farm to Table Lunch Experience. Francisco was very prompt during the booking process despite being booked through the season. The reservation process was quick and friendly and I really appreciated the confirmed itinerary shared right after booking.
Francisco picked us up promptly at our hotel and we had a pleasant drive into the valley. He was such a pleasure to work with speak to, he knew so much about the area but was also really approachable and friendly.
The wineries we visited were beautiful and it was so nice to be the only guests on site at any given time. We had a personal walk through of each winery by the staff and then a private tasting. It is clear that these relationships have been warmly cultivated by LAB tours and the coordination with each winery was seamless.

Our tour guide NUNO was excellent, and drove and guided us throughout the day. He had a lovely friendly and natural manner, and you could tell he loves his region. - GoPlaces6490907 contributionsWe booked a tour for 1 day in the National Park. Because of the vacation, the park was busy, but Eduardo made a Special tour on the not busy spots. Only the lagoon was crowded. He picked us up near our holiday house, told us everything about the park and the nature, made us a perfect picknick lunch and showed us a lovely village were we had coffee and cake. Guilherme is a gentleman, knowing the history and show good restaurantes. Giving perfect tips for us, taking a lot of pictures....
