- natacha_pmb1 contributionThank you so much for this great experience. Following the advice of the staff, we took a reservation for the last hour and climbed at 20:30. The view with the last rays of sun was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time.

The tour guide, Americo Santos, was outstanding in the specific knowledge of Porto as well as his overall background in general history to connect the various events discussed. His communication skills and adaptation to understand our cultural background also was remarkable. - StephanieTampa, FL4 contributionsCanyoning in Geres National Park was one of the highlights of my trip to Portugal and one of the coolest things I’ve ever done! Aurelio was an amazing guide. He was friendly, had fun with us and always focused on keeping us safe. The small group size meant we made some friends but didn’t feel like we were constantly waiting in a crowd. Transport to and from our hostel in Porto was easy and it was nice stopping for lunch as a group outside the park after the tour. Their communication was awesome and timely. Their attention to detail was precise and exact. - GoPlaces6490907 contributionsWe booked a tour for 1 day in the National Park. Because of the vacation, the park was busy, but Eduardo made a Special tour on the not busy spots. Only the lagoon was crowded. He picked us up near our holiday house, told us everything about the park and the nature, made us a perfect picknick lunch and showed us a lovely village were we had coffee and cake. - Adam TLondon, UK7 contributionsWe were stopped by Ruben while walking through Porto to do this experience, and we are so glad we gave it a go! The guys were very friendly, the process didn't take very long, they actually made it fun and in the end we had a great talk with them and an awesome video souvenir.
For me personally, I am usually the photographer on trips, and don't get to be in every photo or video, needing to set up a tripod to get in the photos. Doing this experience with Birdie was not only fun but now we have a unique trailer for our holiday, edited in a cool and snappy way, and highlighting Porto in a way I could definitely have not done myself and I get to be in the video!
We will definitely remember this forever. We have the souvenir that makes a great memory and also awesome content if you want to put it on social media, but we also remember the warmth and friendliness from the guys on the day which really added extra flavour to our trip and made it even better. Antonio and Reynaldo were excellent guides, and very focussed on safety above all, since we were rappelling and zip-wiring to get through some sections. It is tiring, especially in the hot weather, but very rewarding. Filipe was my saviour! As he said, in Portugal there is always a solution, and he worked it all out for me, including the bike being transported from the Algarve back to Porto. A cycling holiday nearly ruined was saved by Filipe and Sportours. He even provided me with bidons and helped source further equipment for me.
My wife and I also hired city bikes for a day, and I have used Sportours one other time previously.

Great puzzles, many twists and turns. I can’t believe it was so affordable! Saturno was out game master, and she did an excellent job!
