    Hassle free from / to airport
    Easy to use and inexpensive. Also found that people who use the metro everyday to travel to work were very courteous to visitors.

    Beautiful!
    A must see. Beautiful place to take pictures and see some interesting things. Will only take about 15 minutes to visit.

    Enjoy the nostalgia!
    Historical tram tour but also a quick transport from city center to Passeio Alegre. While most of the passenger enjoyed sightseeing by the vintage tram, we used it as a nice way to get from the city centre to our hotel next to the park at Passeio Alegre. Highly recommended if you enjoy nostalgia. Hop off at the Railway Museum if you want to enjoy more!

    Great service from Porto Airport Transfers TO
    Porto airport pick up was on time. The company sent an email reminder the day before and a text to advise that the driver was at the airport. Driver was polite and all luggage fit inside his car. I would use this service again.

    A way to get around
    While in Porto we used a bus and metro to travel around. Although our time and experience was limited, less than two weeks, we thought the Porto buses do an excellent job for what they are designed to do. The drivers are professional and journey times very satisfactory. Prices seem to be cheap as well, at least compared to our own country.

    First time with Hoppa transfers.
    First time with Hoppa transfers Porto.
    Great experience for me.
    Polite and chatty driver.
    The driver passed on local knowledge to us on the journey.
    He was helpful in many ways.

    A must ride it from the town out to the coast
    Noisy, slow but brilliant. With all the modern transport networks springing over Porto it's lovely to step back in time for the tram ride from the city to the coast - or back again.

    stress free
    The friendly staff were amazing Andre my driver to the airport was simply fabulous ,taking his time to make me feel at ease. I haven't Portuguese only english so it was brilliant the way he looked after me . On my way back from the airport my driver Patricia arrived less than 4 minutes after my call ,what a complete professional and again I was treated like a family member I couldn't recommend this family run firm highly enough they have a customer for life

    Transfer and Douro Valley tour
    We had two trips with Inbictvs. Nuno was super responsive, kept in touch before and after the transfer, met us on time and was friendly. He gave us a lot of information along the route - and this was just a transfer! Wonderful service!
    The next day Jorge took is on a trip up the Douro Valley. His vehicle was spotlessly clean and comfortable. He was amazing. So friendly and provided a constant stream of interesting information on the areas we were driving through, lots of little anecdotes. He obliged my coffee addiction with a laugh and dropped us at the boat exactly on time. He took us back to Porto by a different route because he didn't want us to get bored - filled with informative chatting. Wonderful guide and such a good driver.
    These guys love their country and the areas they took us through and it shows in their informative and friendly approach. A truly professional outfit, they are excellent!

    Would book again
    I'm glad I didn't read the reviews in advance, or might have looked elsewhere for a shuttle service; but as it was, most pleased with the overall service, both to the hotel and back to the airport. First trip was shared with other passengers, second time around driver was early, we were the only passengers, and we got to the airport in excellent time. Drivers courtesy, counter staff efficient, price was reasonable.

    A credit to her compsnt
    Pick up from Porto airport to take us to our accommodation
    The flight was almost 2 hours late and Susan had full knowledge of the circumstances and was their at the arrivals hall with a smile to welcome us to Porto
    Susan is friendly, helpful,and speaks excellent English. During our journey (she is a very careful driver )she gave us some good tips on things to do and places to visit in and around Porto . When we arrived she even brought our suitcase to the apartment door.
    Susan is a credit to her company.
