- Thomas GAmsterdam, The Netherlands1,876 contributionsThis is a great sight at the end of the famous tram 28, where you visit one of the most beautiful cemeteries I have ever seen. Stay respectful for the graves. It is very quiet and gorgeous. It is not touristy at all. A great hidden gem!Written September 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- William BLunenburg, Canada30 contributionsStep through the gates and you'll feel transported to leafy, green and romantic old England. The cemetery is super evocative of past visits to that sceptered isle.
The church here blends well with its setting. They were just closing so cannot vouch for the interior. Before you leave, and I almost forgot, visit the grave of Henry Fielding the author of Tom Jones. Follow the signpost as you enter the grounds.Written March 1, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Check out the nearby church too, it's just around the corner, very beautiful...Written February 23, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
