This was amazing. I think I will start enjoying cooking after this class. The instructor was just so sweet, friendly and welcoming and even made some funny jokes. On top of all, she's a professional and an expert. if I’ll have time to sign up for a different class it will definitely be with her. The steps were thoroughly explained, we got a very good chance of hands on. Some stuff were prepared before the class to save time like separating the egg yolk, the syrup, etc ..
I enjoyed every bit of it and at the end it was nice to eat our Pastel de Natas, and you take a pack back with you. you can also buy the moulds after class for a very reasonable price.
