Beautiful bridge crossing Porto's river Douro, it stands right on the historical centre next to Cais da Ribeira and provides beautiful sights from any perspective, contributing to a very charismatic city landscape.
This bridge is a major icon of Porto, and makes a beautiful backdrop to the river and cities, as well as being a comfortable bridge to stroll across in the day or evening, between Porto and the port houses in Gaia
