A fantastic tour. Stefan our tour guide was so knowledgeable and super friendly. Being a local to the area himself he had some great stories from the past relating to his family.

Bruges was beautiful. We will definitely visit again and stay longer.
Ypres, flanders fields and the war cemeteries was amazing to see and hear the history. Thought provoking and emotional

What a beautiful journey back in time this was! All the historic buidlings and bridges! Peter, our guide, was a entertaining guide, who made spending the day together easy going and relaxing. We also had a nice lunch with mussels, a real Dutch treat!
Wonderful perfect day and tour! We love Trigger Tours!

Friendly and energetic guide, fab place to visit, pick up place at 8:00am in the morning does not have any cafe- which means you need to be prepared to board sharp on time after having bfast/coffee, travel to Bruges is roughly 3 hours- there is a stop in between to catch up on bfast/coffee but the McD that we stopped at took more than 30 min to serve food (the travel company could look at stopping at a better place) or managing the pick up from a place where there is a cafe available

NOT A GUIDED TOUR. We were dropped off and left on our own. Complete waste of $$$. RIPOFF. No guide.

Excellent email communication a few days prior to tour when I had trouble locating the meeting point on Google maps. Deitrick (sorry if I misspelled) was an excellent guide throughout the day. The microphone in the bus made him sound very muffled/scratchy though. Lunch could be done better. Seemed like a popular restaurant and we were seated in a private room with no servers. We had to go to the very small bar to request drinks, and the bartender was extremely grumpy. Food was a very small salad, 2 pieces each of bread, ham and cheese. Not the best. Locations visited were very good, but time at each was extremely limited. Would have been nice to be able to explore them a little more thoroughly. Dinner at a local place in Ypres was good. I suggest that future participants be given a list of places with menus (perhaps online links) as not to waste time searching for a place to eat since, again, time is limited before the ceremony at the Menin Gate. Drop off was near the central train station in Bruges and an easy walk back to our hotel. All in all, we learned a lot and had a very good day. Definitely recommend!

This was a good way to spend some down time on a busy Paris trip. It gave us time to talk and visit while traveling to Brugge. I would have given it 5 stars if we could have used the on bus restrooms and saved an hour at the rest stops.
