    Unforgettable
    The only reason I am giving this a 'five' rating is because anything above that is not available, otherwise it would be a six or seven out of five. Soren was a totally engaging, informative, learned, professional and personable guide. Not only was the tour insightful and enthralling, but he also tailored it to emphasise places where my Great Uncle had served. He was also able to capture and convey the gravity of events in the Ypres Salient and the horrifying trials and tribulations of the men who served there, and its lingering aftermath. I cannot recommend Soren and his tours highly enough.

    Outstanding!
    Patrick, our guide was wonderful. Our driver, Mr Salim did a great job . They made our tour to bruges personal and very special.

    Review of: From IEPER Private 4-hour Tour of the Ypres Battlefield
    Ypres battle tour.
    The tour gave us excellent insight in to some of the battles that took place in WW1. Prior to the excursion we were able to share the names of family members who fought in the battles near Ypres. Soren was able to share information about the battles in which they fought and we were able to see the exact trenches where this took place. This brought the tour to life. We left with poignant memories of the scale of the battles fought, the number of nations involved and the part our great grandfather played.

    Don’t miss this in Bruges!
    If you are in Bruges you MUST take a tour with Patrick! Our 3 hour tour took us to places I would have never found on my own. Patrick’s telling of the deep history of Bruges as we visits so many sites was not only interesting but a ton of fun!! Don’t miss this incredible opportunity if you travel this way! And ask for Patrick!!!

    Beautiful Bruges
    5star experience with great insights into the history of Bruges. Also nice tasting of typical dishes and beer. Our guide was friendly and really knows his stuff.

    Review of: Vimy and Flanders Fields Canadian Battlefield Tour from Lille
    A heartfelt and knowledgeable tour!
    Where do I start?!

    As my husband and I were starting to plan our vacation to Europe one of my must do's was to go and see the Canadian monument, Vimy Ridge. Although I have no present knowledge of relatives who were a part of WW1, as a Canadian, as a child of a serviceman from WW2, a brother, a nephew and my husband have or still do serve, my interest in of taking up the torch to remember and honour those who gave so much.

    I searched online for tours, months before we left Canada, and came across this tour company "Battlefield Tours". I am unable to say enough wonderful things about this tour company, Claude and his knowledge, kindness, and patience with me as I was becoming more and more interested with each gravesite and monument. I started to look for my family name on graves and found many. Claude obviously had a schedule and I am sure I tested his time but he understood how this was becoming more and more important than even I had imagined.

    We opted for the private tour and found that it was worth every nickel. Claude has amazing knowledge, passion and obvious great interest in these sites and the history of the European "War To End All Wars".

    You will NOT be disappointed in this tour company, Battlefield Tours, and I HIGHLY recommend it!

    Review of: Private custom tour from Amsterdam to Antwerp, Bruges, Brussels or Ghent
    Mariann as tourguide
    Outstanding performance. Wybe or Mariann explained the culture, history and economy as we travelled to Bruges. It was extremely informative and I was amazed of the agricultural areas we traveled through and the use of the various techniques use to control the water so the lands can be put to use for farming. Mariann was extremely knowledgeable and very professional in educating us. Outstanding!!!

    Review of: Private Scenic bike tour Bruges countryside
    This was a great tour!
    Xavier was our guide on this tour through Bruges. He was terrific! We saw the gates of Bruges and cycled through beautiful countryside to and back from Domme. Domme was interesting as well. We saw a few storks and learned about the old canal system enlarged by Napoleon. I had an electric bike which I loved! It was a wonderful bike tour with biking, history, and beautiful scenery! Bruges is beautiful!

    Review of: Full-day Private Tour Ghent And Bruges With Limo
    Trip Advisor Not providing Complete Service in Contract
    Hello-
    We enjoyed the car service to Ghent and Bruges today. Our driver was prompt and delightful.
    Unfortunately, the private tour guide scheduled to take us thru Ghent and Bruges was sick and could not provide the private tour aspect of our trip. Trip advisor failed to refund said portion of unfulfilled private tour guide.

    Review of: Daytour: Historical ports of Bruges + Zwin
    Where man gained land against the sea
    Amazing tour which starts on the ancient walls of Brugges and goes through historical trans shipping ports ending at the beautiful seaside in between Holand and Belgium. Xavier is an exceptional guide, professional,passionate about his region and able to adpat the tour on your needs. We had a very nice chats starting from history through nature to a current politics. He deserves special thank you for his kindness an human touch. The cycling is easy for everyone.

    Great tour of bruges
    Igor gave us an overall walking tour of the city. He was very knowledgeable and had some fun stories about the history of Bruges. His recommendations for food snd beer were great. I would definitely recommend his tour

    Review of: "Shades of Brugge" Photo Tour (3hr private tour/workshop)
    Very Nice Tour
    Very lovely guy who adapted the tour well to our needs (my sister's operated leg) and was able to go into enthusiastic detail whenever we had particular interests or further questions. The way he presented photography was very inspirational and gave me new ideas in what ways to improve the way I choose my motives. He was very positive and encouraging about reviewing my takes on realizing the discussed techniques. I am a very amateur photographer which was no problem at all and he's definitely not snobby about 'only' using smartphones.

    Review of: the G-spot or green zone in Bruges
    Great Bike Tour
    We had a wonderful bike tour with Maria. She was interesting, knowledgeable and fun. She guided us to some of the harder to find and very beautiful sites in Bruges. We were even treated to home made waffles with bananas and a delicious sauce.
