Would have been more efficient to just split the group. Transfer was perfect and the ambient was friendly , very helpful staff.

I only had one day and was travelling alone, so I am glad I did this. I only wish our guide spoke better English. A higher level of English proficiency would have made the tour better. In addition, she spoke too fast and walked too fast. At one point, I was accidently separated from the group but luckily found my way back. If you go, wear your most comfortable walking shoes. You will see a lot and walk a lot. Be sure to try the "Ghent noses" candy, also called Cuberdons--a Ghent speciality! Being a local to the area himself he had some great stories from the past relating to his family.
Bruges was beautiful. We will definitely visit again and stay longer.

However, Pablo (the tall one, FYI there are 2 Pablo's), was very good! He was able to translate and provide us with a bus and city tour/guide with all the main historical sites to see. My tour included all of the Bruges highlights, including a nice canal cruise. Beautiful city to visit. I'm very happy I used Rudy's Taxi Company for my tour.
