The drivers were very kind and professional. They helped us with the bags, the baby seat and they were driving carefully to keep our children safe. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Maddie1 contributionI usually have only positive experiences with Flixbus, and I’ve left positive reviews in the countries where Flixbus-personel was great! However, 810 from Brussel to Amsterdam, 25th of June, 16.30 was not a pleasant one. One of the emplyees was practically yelling at me in very broken english asking if I even speak english when I didn’t understand what he was saying. After this he grabbs my bag saying it’s over the limit. My luggage was weighed at the airport and it’s ceratonly not over 20 kgs. It’s not even 15 kgs. After this the same driver kept yelling and forcing everyone to take out their food, said we couldnt eat anything. It’s a 3h drive. We were only allowed water he said.
