- Customer41320 contributionsSeems like only snobs go there. Sorry for those who are not snobs and have a membership.

Results are there after a few sessions as different parts of your body are stimulated while you are active. You are perfectly followed by your trainer who listens to your goals and gives you the best advices when you are not training!Written January 3, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ThisIsTheManParis, France1 contributionMy family and I joined the club this, and subsequently exercised the 90 day cancellation option. We were paying 187 euros per adult and 35 per child. We were paying over 400 Euro per month and in our opinion did not receive good value for the money paid.
Positives:
The club is located in a nice area of Brussels. It is quite spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is the best part of Aspria, but membership is not required to dine in the restaurant. During the spring and summer, there is spacious outside seating. The staff is pleasant and professional. The exercise section is well equipped with modern and well maintained machines. Locker rooms clean and spacious.
Negatives:
The club is often crowded. On the weekends especially, the place is… with many many adults and kids. While the restaurant is moderate in size, there are many times that there is no place to sit. The pool while nice is crowded also on the weekend. The locker room on the weeks are overrun with kids and smelled like urine. For the over 400 Euros that I paid per month, I expected some exclusivity, but the atmosphere is far from that.
The club has many rules of conduct, but they are not enforced equitably. For example, children are not allowed in the exercise area, but this rule is enforced for some members and not others. Phone usage is allowed in special areas designated by signs, but these areas are not clearly signed.
There are only 3 tennis courts in the winter, and 7 in the spring/summer thus it is nearly impossible to reserve a tennis court on the weekend except 8 in the morning or 9 at night.
Many promises for services were made, but never delivered. Part of the introduction package included a session with a Nutritionist, but there was none. Included in the package, was a one hour tennis lesson, but the tennis coach wasn’t available for a week and cancelled three teaching sessions in a row, thus the free one hour tennis lesson was never delivered to me or my wife.
For some of the tennis courts, there is no fence separating the courts, thus balls are going to other courts during play.
The tennis courts while numbered in the computer system and not number physically, so if you are assigned court 7, you don’t know which court physically it is.
The members of the club and not friendly, even salutations are rarely heard.
Verdict:
The best part of the club is the restaurant, and the worst part of the club is the crowdedness.Written May 10, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. You have to give 3 months notice just to cancel a membership. Its a scam. Not a way to treat clients that pay the top wack premium membership. Never again. I left UK in january 2024 and Im told my final payment is April 1st 2024. Never heard anything like it. Disgrace.Written April 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
