This is a fantastic looking train station with an architecture to match a typical European palace.
It's worth visiting even if you're not taking the train.

This is a gorgeous cathedral, which is currently being partially renovated on its exterior.
Still, you can visit and enjoy its grand nave and beautiful interiors.

This is Antwerp's main square and an architectural delight.
The square consists of several centuries-old buildings surrounding a big monument and fountain.

Really enjoyed the rich history and learning on how he was at the highest levels across artists. His paintings are huge so a lot to take in and we had a guide to give us some added insight. the house tour is crowded as its a small place but nice to see pieces of the time and how he lived.

This museum is well thought out, imaginative, fun, interactive, interesting and informative with a chocolate tasting experience at the end. I was really impressed with this museum. We were there for about 1.5 hrs during which time you are taken on a self guided journey through the history & production of chocolate. I would definitely recommend this museum and would happily visit again

This is the home, workshop and business headquarters of Christopher Plantin, an immigrant from France who established a printing and publishing business here in the mid sixteenth century. There is a highly informative audio guide (available in several languages) free with your ticket, and it is possible to leave the site and return any time the same day. We found it all so fascinating we stayed for at least two hours. You can see the printing works, many original printed and bound volumes of all kinds, two libraries, and domestic quarters of the Plantin - Moretus family. A couple of rooms house occasional exhibitions by contemporary artists and printmakers. The buildings and their enclosed gardens by themselves give a good idea of the standard of living enjoyed by bourgeois tradesmen of Antwerp in the early modern era.

We've been to a few brewery tours over the past few years and this one lived up to the expectation. It was fun and interactive, the videos and writing was informative and the way they brought you through the beer making process was different and fun. The two drinks that come with your entry go down a treat, and all the restaurants and shops that are now located on the site make for a lovely day out.

The tunnel brings you from the city center to Linkeroever where it's nice to have a stroll. The tunnel is also used by bikers but it's a nightmare if the elevators don't work.

When we arrived at the museum, we got appointed a tour guide who showed us around and gave additional information. The tour guide was certainly a must, since you easily get lost in all the different stages involved in the migration process. The museum itself is thoughtfully restored. They succeeded in maintaining its historical value while making a thoughtful tour. It was rather impressive to see the main hall and try to understand how the thousands of people waiting to move felt. A must-do while visiting Antwerp.

Wish more parks were like this one. Full of hidden paths and beautiful artistic structures, statues and more. Just lovely to have a walk and wondering around.

Saint Paul's Church is definitely worth a visit. It costs 5 euros to go in but worth every penny. We were the only visitors there and so the staff were more than happy to talk to us abut the church and the paintings within, which was lovely. The interior of the church is striking with so much to see, there are sculptures & paintings everywhere, it really is a feast for the eyes. The Calvary is also amazing to see. The church is currently open from 2 - 5pm everyday up until the end of October.
