- B TLondon, UK1,257 contributionsThere are lots of European landmarks in miniature. They are quite good, and a lot larger than I was expecting. They are also quite interesting with lots of buttons to press etc. I enjoyed it, but at the same time it wasn’t a huge area, didn’t take long, and is a lot of money for what you get.Written December 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Emily LevertThe Hague, The Netherlands1,232 contributionsEver wondered about the stories behind Brussels' iconic cathedral? 🕍 This stunning Gothic masterpiece, the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula, took over 300 years to complete: from the 11th to the 16th century! Imagine the generations of craftsmen who worked on it! 🛠️
It’s one of Belgium’s most treasured landmarks, and no wonder: it holds royal weddings, national celebrations, and even has stained-glass windows dating back over 500 years! 🌈 So next time you’re in Brussels, don’t miss out on this piece of living history.
