I have been enjoying their professional and friendly care for more than 7 years and every visit is is a great party for my face, body and soul leaving no dark circles but shining all me, myself and I. I was always a bit hesitant when it came to facial treatments but since I met Azra it has changed completely. She and her team have my full trust and I would recommend anyone to try on own skin.:-)

- Cheryl MPhuket, Thailand68 contributionsOK so not the cheapest in the area but certainly good. Felt the masseuse know what they were doing. They accommodated in terms of your needs and the massage was fabulous. Prices on a par with the UK I guess but very good.
Nice touches to make it a very relaxing (albeit a massage!) experience.
Had a separate massage not a couples massage, much better

The teacher was really inspiring and friendly and she gave me great instructions whenever I didn't quite understand a pose. I did not really know what to expect but still I felt comfortable and at ease.
Furthermore, the temperature in the studio was just right and it was very spaceous and light. I had a great experience and I'm definitely gonna follow more classes at Balanzs! - curran2009London6 contributionsCool gym man cool people i was there 2 years and went away from the netherlands on a special mission. I have returned from my mission in Afghanistan and i going to rejoin the gym.
Frank is a cool guy he is always smiling. Gym staff are cool people. Equipment is good. Pool is good and sauna is also good.

Bianca has riddled all trigger points, and my muscles are new me. I like pain, also my well-being during and after the massage was great.
