Koen is friendly, welcoming, organised with great communication. He made sure of our comfort before heading off. His information and choices of points of interest were fantastic. There was plenty of time to enjoy and to shop or do the extra. We chose to climb the church tower in Delft. It was so rewarding. In Den Hague we felt his warmth for the royal family and his personal attachment from his pre uni days here. He always had time to chat and show us the little extra. We were deeply touched by the Peace Palace and to stand in front of The Girl with the Pearl Earring. The inclusion of the Madurodam Miniature Village was an exceptional experience, both in the models and the historical hologram experiences we participated in. Of our 6 days in Amsterdam this trip was the cherry on the cake. Thank you Koen. You are an outstanding guide.

I was on this tour last week with Harold the guide and Kevin the driver. Meeting point is at This is Holland and tour started on time in a luxury coach. We had about 17 people with us of varying age. After an hour's drive to Rotterdam, there was a20min drive around the city and a 5min photo stop at the mini-harbour. Then we took the Spido for a 90min cruise tour of the harbour proper. Then it was on to the Delft pottery factory tour followed by a 30 min walk around the city centre. Still no lunch in sight (lol). We went onwards to the Hague and had a drive around the city with photo-stop at the ICJ. The final stop of the tour was at Madurodam which was a miniature city mockup of Amsterdam with shops and toilets - spent aan hour here. The bus then went back to the original pickup point with everyone minus Harold who stayed in Hague (presumably for the next tour? lol, nope! was just his residence there.)

The tour was nice, jampacked with activities, very nice commentary from the guide throughout. It would have been nice to have a lunch stop at Delft citycentre for 20min but Madurodam has a mini foodcourt. it is a full day activity and supports children and aged adults. I recommend this tour for firsttimers to this city.

This full day tour offers a lot. It started in Rotterdam. The city was seriously damaged during the II World War and then rebuilt. This is why its architecture is quite different from traditional old Dutch cities. One may like it or not but it is worth to have a look. In Rotterdam we were also offered a lunch in a good restaurant (own expenses).
Delft, on the contrary, is a classic Dutch town with a nice cathedral. Most of the time in Delft, however, we spent in the Royal Blue Pottery factory which is quite impressive. Madurodam, a tiny "town" with replicas of the most famous Dutch buildings is excellent - highly recommended.
Unfortunately, we did not really see The Hague - just through the bus windows (with the exception of the Peace Palace from outside).
Overall, nice trip but maybe it will be better to limit it by two rather than three cities with more in-depth exploration of these two.

After we heard a lot about Remastered and we wanted to see it for ourselves. It is very cool, but not everything was as special as we expected. Especially the last room was impressive, the rest was okay.

Tim and Tom helped our large group (20 people) with the walking tour with bites. Places they show was very good. And also they give very cool information about the city.

The minivan ride was nice and comfortable. All 3 cities has their special charm. I love the modern design of architectures of Rotterdam, the old charm of Delft, and history of Hague, and the miniature world of Netherland's famous cities. The whole tour was very enjoyable.

Top notch it was really worth it! The boat trip in Rotterdam's harbor was memorable. The visit of Delft was just the right amount of touring and some time to ourselves. The Didn't do much in the Hague but at least went there. The day was full throughout. Our guide Willem did an excellent job with his maps and historical story-telling, which filled in alot of the blanks for me . Very well done and would recommend it.

I can’t tell you how wonderful our tour was with El! We absolutely loved her!
She taught us so much about Rotterdam and was so patient with us as we took many pictures. She is quite the asset to The Tour Guys! We actually hated to see goodbye to her.
We laughed so much that day, but our highlight was when we went to Markethall and she mentioned how eating the herring by the tail was a big Dutch custom. So I had to try it! I didn’t eat it as easily and in the same way as El showed us, but I tried and it was not bad…..pretty tasty in fact! Our treat after was sharing a stroopwafle!
We also loved seeing St. Laurence Church and going inside. The interior is beautiful.
We will never forget seeing the women in a hot tub boat going down the canal!!
The water taxi ride was also so much fun as we photographed the Erasmus Bridge.
This activity did not disappoint!! Well worth the money!!!

I had the good fortune of Paul being our guide on this tour. Not only did I become more in tune with the city (layout, history, architecture, food scene) he actually made me more knowledgeable than some of my colleagues that live outside of the center. The rest of the week, the Dutch I worked with were shocked at my background of their city and only after about 4 hours with Paul. This experience was so good that I am committed to finding similar ones in other cities that I’m visiting for the first time. Book this early during your stay and the benefits will last. Thank you Paul for a great experience!

Amazing tour of Rotterdam by bike! Our guide, Lies, was so fantastic that I want to go again! It’s amazing what you can see and learn about in such a short time. It was a lovely, easy, casual and fun expedition. This is a “not to miss” tour and a fantastic way to see and learn about this historic city. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
