We had just one day in Amsterdam. We landed at 11 and met for the bike tour at 3 p.m. It was a good way for us to adjust and push through the day while seeing some sights. Our tour guide, Craig, was flexible and adjusted when we got tired toward the end of 90 minutes. He did a good job of mixing up the riding and talking, and included perhaps not always the usual tour details. It is a bit unnerving that you rarely see bike helmets here after we in the U.S. have been trained all our lives to use them. Bonus trip - the tour meets near Tony Chocolonely and you should stop there to shop for a trip to the store or upstairs to the restaurant for a treat.
