Super responsive on WhatsApp and email!Everything was arranged like clockwork. He was fantastic at suggesting things for us to do. He was there promptly to meet us, took them to cooking class in Luca, waited for them and then took them to the marble quarries and Pisa. Couldn’t have asked for a better day and a better driver and company. The day started glorious, we got picked up in a well air conditioned vehicle, comfortable, relaxed on a swift journey to our first vineyard. Words don't do this place justice, the food and wine was excellent but what really stood out was Tomasso's knowledge and his friendliness.
We then voyaged to the second vineyard - I instantly felt welcomed and the tour and wine were superb! I recommend a bottle of the Luvabianca #2023.
I couldn't recommend this enough, along with Tommasso. This tour offers a great insight to life on the vineyards in Lucca. Giovanni, our driver, was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the region and its wines but also an absolute joy to spend the day with. He kept us entertained with his humor and fascinating stories about the area.
The wineries we visited were top-notch, each offering a unique and authentic Tuscan experience. The tastings were generous, and we learned so much about the wine-making process. Giovanni clearly had strong connections with the owners, which made us feel like VIP guests everywhere we went.
Lunch was an absolute highlight—set in a picturesque vineyard, we enjoyed a delicious meal that perfectly paired with the local wines. The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentically Tuscan, making it a meal we’ll all remember for years to come.
If you’re looking for an authentic and enjoyable wine-tasting tour in Tuscany, look no further than Tuscan Drivers. Well dressed, well mannered, really helpful. - Garbusfarby2 contributionsWe had the pleasure of having Valter pick us up at the Rome airport after a transatlantic flight and taking us to our rental apartment in Lucca. Unfortunately, our arrival was somewhat delayed, but there was Valter waiting for us after we collected our bags. The trip to Lucca was perfect in Valter’s incredibly comfortable Mercedes limousine. During the trip, we peppered him with questions about restaurants in Lucca, and his advice was spot on. We arrived within the walls of Lucca during a downpour, and Valter graciously helped us getting our luggage into our apartment. Valter’s business provides superb, reliable, and safe service, from the time you make your reservation with Julia until you are delivered to your destination. Our chef Laura with help from members of our group prepared some traditional Tuscan dishes of Risotto and tomato and bread salad . The grounds are beautiful and the Villa is charming .
