Gamesmaster Sara was fantastic, gave helpful guidance and she even facilitated planting clues to a personal puzzle we were doing on our holiday. We didn’t need to know any Italian to complete the room! - hughjoynerPelican, LA5 contributionsWe had a wonderful time scooting through the Tuscan countryside with Filippo & Alessio. They were so helpful with booking (and rescheduling!) our Vespa tour. They also arranged private transfer to & from our apartment. The scooters were first class. They were very patient with us as first-time drivers with several practice laps around the car park before we took off. Ben our leader was awesome! He did a great job of keeping up with our group, stopping to show us the spectacular views of the countryside and share some history of the vineyards and villas. Grape harvest was in full swing which added to the experience. And to put a grand finish to our tour, a delicious lunch outside at a family-owned vineyard and winery. We took home some fantastic wine and olive oil produced by the family! Gorgeous bike ride route followed by lunch and wine tasting at a private home/castle. From learning all about truffles to exploring the lands to finding truffles to eating amazing food with truffles and wine, it was a great experience. The entire family is very friendly and informative and kind. - Kirsten C1 contributionMy dad and I had the pleasure of doing a wine ride with Chris as our guide. It was a great experience. Chris picked us up promptly from our airbnb in Florence. He also made sure we were comfortable on our bikes before we got started. The best part of the ride was that he followed us in a van to help carry any of the wine we bought along the way. - Alan K4 contributionsExceptional tour and biking through Chianti to Siena. 4 adults. We spent a wonderful day travelling through Chianti, warmly hosted by Elena and Piero. Beautiful scenery and stop for tour and tasting at a winery. Ended the day with a couple of hours to have lunch and explore Siena. Glad we booked e-bikes that were helpful on the longer hill up into Siena. Highly recommended. - Wade CWilmington, NC7 contributionsTHIS IS THE BEST EVER! Let me first say this experience was AMAZING! Francesco and his amazing crew were excellent they were so friendly and entertaining during setup of the balloon. It was very interesting to watch. In no time they had the balloon up and ready to fly.
Francesco was our pilot/operator and he was incredible he was all smiles and made the perfect amount of conversation and even taught us a few things along the way. His love and enjoyment of ballooning made us even more impressed and happy we chose him and his crew.
The views and flight it’s self were unreal. We got up in the air for sunrise and saw the most spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside and all the vineyards and villas perched in the mist with a beautiful sun highlighting them.
It was my wife and I’s first balloon experience and couldn’t have been happier. We flew to 3000ft!!!! It was incredible. I myself am not a small human and was extremely comfortable in the basket as we moved around a bit for photos and such.
Landing was a rush in a good way. We touched down with such great ease and waiting for us was the ground crew with a beautiful Prosecco and breakfast spread which we all thoroughly enjoyed after an hour of air time. The pastries were AMAZING.
I’m closing I highly recommend flying with this group they were above and beyond (no pun intended ) and worth it. The car is in mint condition, the guide was very patient and professional throughout the whole drive, the road and sceneries where breathtaking. We ended at Villa San Michele which was sooo pretty and fancy. Honestly, this was worth every dollar. Something to check off my bucket list. They gave us such a warm, friendly welcome and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole activity. Pietro lead us on the water and proved to be an incredible instructor, with the majority of us being first timers. He was calm, reassuring and knowledgable… and SO MUCH FUN. - Donald D11 contributionsWe opted for a 1 hour trail ride only since we had friends waiting for us back at the villa we were staying at who were NOT so adventurous. It was THEIR loss as these lovely horses were in excellent shape and gentle guided us throughout the ride. Although we remained at a walk the entire hour the trail included some steep climbs, descents, crossing both streams & dry riverbeds and crossing roads, however we were 5 novices who all felt safe and well cared for by both our gentle horses and friendly guide (Luca) who even trimmed away over growing thorns from the trail as he led us. There was a short but helpful instructional tutorial held in a ring by the stables given by Stefano…and then we were off through the beautiful Tuscan countryside. I am sure that pairing this with one of the many experiences offered would be well worthwhile, but we thoroughly enjoyed our trail ride and cherished this as one of the best experiences of our stay in Firenze! The staff was very flexible in accommodating us on relatively short (3 days) notice. The villa is very comfortable, every room was well equipped, the chef was great, and the comradery was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We made several new friends with whom we plan on riding back in the US.
A typical day was a delicious breakfast with a 9 am departure to a charming town in Tuscany on the best roads for riding. We would stop for a long tour and a great meal in a local restaurant. We would then ride back and have a late afternoon glass of wine with cheese and other snacks. Dinner was typically served around 8 and would go until 10. After a great night's sleep, we would do it over again. Adrian was ready for anything. If we needed gear always had it on hand. We were with about 10 other couples and the women and men enjoyed themselves equally. Don't miss this tour! And here I am! Max and his team are great, professional, reassuring and so fun to be with! I felt really safe in Daniele’s hands! The flight, the jump, the view are absolutely unforgettable! The most breathtaking experience you could ever do! I strongly recommend whoever is in Florence to do it! You would never be happier from this choice and i am sure you would it again! Like me!!

We rented a Vespa for a day+ and had the best time going from Fiesole down to San Gimignano (highly recommend). He was great in setting up the scooter and giving directions and was very flexible on the return ....
