We were also given an hour or so to walk around the town, go shopping etc.. Franco was super friendly and assisted us with our hotel check-ins even when an issue came up, he drove us to another hotel promptly.
Then on the way back to Florence we visited Greve, the butcher shop there is a must see and there are some nice little shops as well.
