- fabiolab5364 contributionsThe worst service ever. The owner is rude and threatening. The car shown is not the car that you get. The driver does not speak English as detailed in our service. We confirmed with them weeks before that we needed at least an eight passenger van with 8 large luggage. He picked us up with a 7 passenger van and not enough room for our luggage. We literally had to drive 1 1/2 hours sharing the front seat between two adults and the remaining 6 adults had to ride with 4 large luggage on their laps. We could not wear any seatbelts. When we said the car was not big enough and not as shown- the owner said to get out and find another ride knowing full well we would miss our train if we did not leave at that moment.
