    Best, driver, ever
    Our driver (guiseppe) was very knowledgeable, and speaks terrific English. Ask him any questions about local eateries or places and he has an answer, we were never let down! Didn't realise they did excursions, any time we needed a taxi we called guiseppe, sent our location and we was there within 20 minutes day or night to take us where we wanted to go. Remarkable service, 10/10, recommend for any place you want to go

    Superb Service from Daniel - a Must Use!!
    Our driver, Daniel, is a truly charming and bright asset to Italy. He drove us around the Catania-Palermo-Aetna area for three glorious days in January. He provided us with insights into the history, geography, economy, culture, food and wine of this breath-taking area.
    In case you’ve never experienced Italian traffic, to call it crazy is an understatement, but with Daniel’s calm and expertise maneuvering the wild world of Vespas, traffic signs and rules that are just suggestions, heedless pedestrians and drivers, we never had any doubt but that we’d arrive at our destination unscathed. He has the patience of Job (imagine driving three shopping-crazed women) and went far beyond the traditional driver duties to ensure our stay was an extraordinary experience. He helped us with our lodging owners and even saw that our little medical needs (cold and pulled ligament) were addressed (trips to drug store). He was always punctual and helpful with directions once he left us at destinations.
    His vehicles were always clean and well- stocked with necessary amenities. Additionally, he would plan special itineraries based on our changing interests. Needless to say, we highly recommend Daniel for anyone needing first class service. Grazie, Daniel!

    Great day trip with Mario
    We were 6 adults to transfer from Catane to Cefalu with a stop in Syracuse. The journey with Mario was just great . The van is very clean, he drives carefully, he is very attentive to our needs, a great Sicilian gentleman ! He is not completely fluent in english but enought to discuss about the places visited and Sicilan history!
    Thanks Mario for this nice trip with our french family!

    A super choice
    Very helpful (using WhatsApp) with arranging the airport pickup and the price. Domenico was there at the appointed time, confirming that he was in Arrivals ready to greet us with our names clearly visible to us. Smooth, comfortable drive to our hotel in a well-presented Mercedes taxi, and assistance with our baggage: a super choice.

    Really good tours.
    You will search a long time to find someone as obliging as Dario Cafuso. Nothing to much trouble,and his knowledge of the area made a couple of trips ( which Dario arranged) very special. He speaks good English if you need it.

    Misleading
    This is tour service to climb Mt. Etna that was arranged through our hotel, AirOne. I would like to give it five stars as the driver was extremely friendly and accommodating. However, the advertisement notes that lunch is included. This was not the case. We were given five small almond dessert treats. This is important as you definitely need to have a lunch to take with you on your climb. Additionally, what you are really paying for is transportation to the basecamp. If you arrange your own transportation and make a reservation with one of the many tour companies you will save about 50 euros per person. I am happy to pay for luxury. So, this did not bother me but the advertisement and staff should be more accurate in what is being promised.

    10 stars if possible!
    The company made it possible for our group to visit our must-see sights in Sicily during our brief one-week stay without the hassle of renting a car and driving. We used their transfer services from Catania to Taormina and from Taormina to Palermo with a 3-hour stop in Cefalu. We also joined 3 of their day trips, namely, Siracusa/Ortygia/Noto; Agrigento and Turkish Steps; and Mt. Etna hike. Excellent and reliable service and everything went smoothly according to our plans without hassles. We really enjoyed all our tours, guides and driver. All the day tours included a substantial snack/lunch with wine/drinks and they will pick you up and drop you at your hotel. All you really need to do is just show up!

    I communicated extensively with them through emails before our trip and they were quick to respond and addressed all my requirements. Because they offer extensive services, they were able to tailor the transfers to our needs. It was so easy to just deal with one company to provide all our tours and transfers. There are still many spots to visit in Sicily and I won't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to our friends. Thank you Sicily Day by Day (Danilo, Helena and Antonio) for an extraordinary trip!

    Short but fun drive from beach lido to catania central
    Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the drive especially with the driver named Orazio! He is the best! He is very polite, friendly and he is well informed about places to visit and which shops open on sunday etc :)

    Excellent service
    Our tour of Catania and the east coast of Sicily was really good thanks to the excellent service provided by BS Transfer!
    The driver, Bruno, was very friendly, professional and helpful as he gave us some tips about places where to taste proper sicilian food!
    We really enjoyed Sicily and BS Transfer!!

    A reliable tour company
    Etna tour with Alessandro was fun & educational :) we enjoyed it very much. wine tasting at Gambino was good, the sommelier explained the wines & regions well…& the panoramic view of the winery was a bonus!
    Our transfer from Catania to Taormina was smooth.

    Wonderful service, easy transaction, clean and cool vehicle
    Booked this transfer service through my Chase Sapphire Travel. I was pleasantly surprised how easy this transaction was. Once I booked, my credit card gave me the contact details to arrange pickup directly with this company. Massimiliano responded quickly, and confirmed all details. As the date got closer I contacted him again, and he again reconfirmed and reassured me all was in order. I booked the 1st transfer through my credit card and I was so pleased with the service that I booked again for the return transfer directly through him.
    He sent one of his drivers “Salvo” who was prompt, efficient, courtesy, professional, kind and accommodating. The van was clean and spacious and has the AC Already running and fresh bottles of water waiting for us. Our driver was very welcoming and informative. We really enjoyed conversing with him. We were very happy to know that he was also assigned for our return ride back to airport.
    Excellent company, even better service and wonder experience overall! I highly recommend using their services!
