- Chloe Baoyu C3 contributionsLovely Sauna experience in this beautiful health SPA. Great service and friendly staffs. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to have some rest time and detoxing moments. We had 1.5 hours of Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi. We were served with some nice Prosecco and snack at the end of the section. In conclusion, decent service with great prices. Highly recommended.Written December 27, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- AlphaBerlin, Germany14 contributionsI had a very challenging time moving from Kraków, Poland to Palermo, and my entire body hurt. Badly. Yesterday I was in agony and could barely hobble around my neighborhood, let alone explore the city. So I needed a massage more than I ever had in my life today, and I am so glad I decided to try the Hammam. Elenia was my massage therapist, and she absolutely cured me of my troubles. I was actually astonished by how much better I feel. I highly recommend her. The hammam itself was a great experience, especially because all the staff are so attentive and friendly. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!Written October 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sightsee533589611731 contributionIt was very pleasant stay in the hotel and enjoying SPA there, privately!
The temperature of sauna was perfect, the jacuzzi - swimming pool was relaxing, and at the same time my daughter had really fun there.
It is very well thought that for families with children is made privately and there no any other people around.
The relax room with one wall of salt and a cup of tea was completing nicely our SPA ritual.
The staff there is very friendly and always willing to help. The robe, towels and flip flops are provided by the premises.

Instead they booked this spa hotel at the countryside. We stayed there for 3 days. The hotel was grandios, but I didn't feel at home there. The facilities are great, but too much. We had halvpension; breakfast and dinner, but the quality of the buffet was not always so tasty. We didn't use the spa facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful.Written May 26, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- 4ElmsmanFour Elms, UK547 contributionsThis hotel is at most half an hour's walk from the main attractions of central Palermo, so we did not regret our choice, especially as were were upgraded to a huge suite. The rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy breakfast and an early evening gin and tonic too! Huge comfortable bed and nice big bath were also big pluses. But there were some irritations: the key system is temperamental and we could never be sure of getting into our room without a visit to reception; breakfast was supposed to run until 11, but scrambled egg and bacon ran out well before - by 10 on most days; the breakfast waiter would not make me a fresh cappucino and there was only a machine. Having said that the breakfast choice was much better than you usually get in Italian hotels, and there were plenty of healthy options in addition to some very good pastries, ham, cheese, etc, etc. The rooms are a little dark, but that is an almost inevitable price to pay for a central location, and the spacious rooms more than compensated. Very good wi-fi indeed.Written October 20, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- 445jencIsland of Gozo, Malta130 contributionsWe had seen the website before visiting Terme Acqua Pia and expected a much nicer and newer place than what we found. The drive to get there and the location are really nice but the place especially the outer area and thermal pool and waterfalls need refurbishing and cleaning. Other than that the couples package was really worth it at just 39 Euros including massage.Written June 27, 2014This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BeeWashington DC, DC2 contributionsThis was an incredible oasis in the middle of a busy city. Since we didn’t get a lot of nature this trip, we wanted a place where we could lie down and relax.
The private room gave us that in the form of a sauna, a hot tub, a couples massage, and snacks along the way.
The host of this place has thought of everything to make you unwind. We’d highly recommend it.Written January 12, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Time in the wellness area, a full body peeling, a private jacuzzi with bubbles and fruit and a massage. What a treat.
Very clean facilities. Kind personnel. The peeling and massage felt professional. We felt reborn after 4 hours.Written August 11, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
