She made us feel right at home , loved and showed us everything we need to know to do this at home. She shows you, you actually get to do the work to make the meal. She even sent us a file that we have for all the recipes. The food was deliciously amazing. . . If you want a real Italian meal with the best you need to book this experience. We got to enjoy our creation at the end: a generous and filling portion of pasta alla carbonara paired well with a local wine (Kret, a Cabernet Franc). He has a great set up and made the whole experience enjoyable. - Alan D1 contributionMarco was fantastic. I do catering in the US and love to attend cooking school when out of the country. This is my third school in Italy and was looking for a different menu selection. Marco nailed it Venetian style. 5 unique courses I can replicate back home and all were delicious. Cooking is done in his quaint osteria on the waterway. Charming guy, great english.
