One of the greatest works of art of Western civilization by Leonardo da Vinci. To enter you must buy tickets in advance (at least two or three days), and the visit itself is only 15 minutes. The mural has been restored many times, and the copy from which these restorations were made is in the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana.

What a stunning building, it really is beautiful, you won’t find your standard w h smiths or Marks & Spencer’s here, but even if you’ve no interest in designer shops it’s worth going to visit.

Well worth the effort. The close up view of the architecture is amazing. It is a marvel to behold. You also get great views of the more modern part of the city

We actually saw this on a Rick Steves episode and we had a little time to spend on a Sunday. Wow, we feel like we have done a fair amount of traveling and have been fortunate to see some extraordinary places, this was a surprise and frankly caught us a little off guard. It really is an amazing place and experience, we were blown away turn after turn. If I had it to do over I would figure out a way to get a guide because it really does get overwhelming and I think a guide would help.

Small artisan’s workshops or quaint stores selling canvases and paints, plentiful of restaurants, impressive Accademia di Belle Arti and many more things you would love. Milans most charming neighbourhood

Absolutely stunning! The grounds, architecture, art and furnishings are spectacular. Our guide was very informative. I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon there. Highly recommend.

Big square that is the hearth of Milan. It has a lot of monuments like the Cathedral and the royal palace, and a lot of shops and restaurants. It's always full of people, both tourists and citizens

Big and beautiful park in the city centre, it's fine to enter from castello sforzesco. The park is quiet and well kept with a lot of plants, animals, some lakes and monuments. It's fine to eat there, more during Sunday or spring
