- MTSingapore, Singapore6 contributionsWe used ICare Limo to travel between cities (Milan to Venice, Modena, Bologna, Florence, and then Milan to Malpensa Airport) and every single driver was polite, punctual (actually, most of them were early) and excellent at driving.
Another plus was the fact that most of our drivers (could have been all, but as we were pretty tired on some legs we didn’t manage to chat to find out) were local to the area and thus were able to navigate confidently and efficiently - even in the most confusing parts, like central Bologna with its pedestrian-only zones. They were happy to answer questions, point out local sights along the way and were always solicitous of our comfort - offering water, checking on whether we preferred quiet music or wanted total silence, etc.
What I really liked was how painlessly seamless the entire process was - upon reaching out via their website, the company sent over a quote in a very timely fashion (other car services did not even respond) and took pains to confirm (and re-confirm) the exact pick up/drop off locations, timings etc. Throughout every stage, customer service reps remained in close contact via email and we were always provided with the driver’s name and number the night before, making it easy to locate him/her if needed. - Franco1 contributionI had the pleasure to travel with Euronologgi from Milano to Barcelona, the charter bus was coordinated between the Spanish Consulate and the Euronologgi, during the pandemia.
They always answered incredibly fast, very communicative at the moment of organising and facilitating all the necessary document due to the restrictions. All went smoothly.
The trip was very relaxing and on time as scheduled.
I forgot a handbag inside the bus, and they immediately contacted all passengers, due to my fault, it took me half day to realized that it was my bag haha, the bag went back to Milano.
They offered different options to sent me back the bag but I had no rush and decided for the next bus to come with it.
They let me know at all time the schedule once the next bus was confirmed, the drivers contacted me an hour before arrival to let me know the exact time of arrival (could changed due to road check-points). So I received my bag in perfect conditions.

We initially missed our booked bus ride due to a delayed flight from Amsterdam to Malpensa.
We emailed the client desk and they offered us to use the tickets for the way back. A very practical and easy solution.
