There are now five lines.
Signs in the stations are clear. There are electronic display signs on the platforms. Maps of the whole network abound so knowing where to change is easy.

However, I only give it an average rating because so many of the bikes we used with the service were in such poor shape and they are very heavy. There is no way to identify to the service that a bike needs maintenance, you just park it in a slot again.
Note, there is a 2 hour time limit for each individual use and extra charges for any use beyond 30 minutes.

The drivers were from Zagreb (going to Venice) on one bus, poorly in any other langauage than theirs. The other bus, italian driver, too fast for any other human.
My only real problem is that they don't have indicators on the street with bus stop sign, or anything that can help you guess where you go !
Tourists ask every other tourist, where is going, if is this the right bus stop.
If anyone from the company reads this, I kindly suggest to have some panels , indicators, written even only in italian about the bus that stops at the specific location with the approx. hour the bus would be there and a liitle map of the destinations this bus go.Written September 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I bought our tickets on the app. We show up for the 7:25 am train. Board the train and wait. And wait. An announcement in Italian says the train won't be going to the airport after all. No info in English about what to do next. Others tell us the train will be delayed indefinitely. We have a flight to catch. We pay for a taxi to the airport. I try to request a refund online for our unused train tickets. It's impossible. The form is designed for Italian residents. There's no way to override certain fields and enter your correct information — the information they say is required for a refund. It's not a lot of money (around $30), but it's the principle. Not only was the situation a stressful hassle, but it cost us money. And they make it impossible to get that money back. Horrible way to run a business.
