And the places were busted were amazingly beautiful. I found the time allocated for each place quite enough. - Elizabeth BBrisbane, Australia11 contributionsThe staff were helpful at the Duomo bus stop but they forgot to give us the earplugs for the commentary which we didn't realise until it was too late. There were crowds of people and lots of traffic in Milan so the bus was always going to be late and crowded. The roads in the city centre are made of stones so it's a bumpy ride. We took the Yellow Line, and got front row upstairs so great view and opted to stay on board the whole circuit as the bus stops are quite a walk from each site, other people did the same. It is a great way to see the city and there are 4 routes to choose from. If you are in Milan for several days, it would be a good way to see the major sights with a choice of 24hr, 48hr, etc tickets. After a half day on our own around St Moritz, we took the Bernina Express train down to Tirona and then by van back to Milan. The scenic views train ride was just awesome !
