- AK47London, UK370 contributionsEnjoyed this place, haven't seen any spa with such an extensive range of experiences: I can see why it is popular. We went from 11-4, they serve lunch from 12-3 (which we didn't book) so it eases a little in the basement experience rooms as people go up to eat. It is a very busy spot for sure but we really enjoyed it. Changing rooms were my least favourite experience, very hot, busy and packed. They need air con in there and more space! As noted in many reviews this place seems to be an attraction for people glued to their phones....its almost creepy at times, a bit Black Mirror! - Leo Chavez1 contributionWent in to get a last minute massage shortly before they closed and they welcomed me in and didn't hesitate to make me feel super comfortable and did not try to up-sell me anything. The gentleman in the front was incredibly professional and took care of me. I was lucky enough to get a 60min massage by Sai, and I'm so grateful I had her because she was perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and made sure I was not in pain. She was firm but yet gentle at the same time. It was the best massage I have had in my life. Thank you Sai for your amazing massage. Not sure what you are paying her, but she needs to be compensated more and recognized for her hard work. There are many nail places throughout Milan but I wanted to make sure I found a quality establishment. After looking around, I came across the White MediSpa. It was just what I was looking for! It is a very quaint and clean spa with a relaxing atmosphere. I had many semi-permanent nail colors to choose from and found the perfect color. My nail technician was very thorough with the manicure and took her time.
