Very knowledgeable, patient and gave out great tips. My daughter and I were very pleased with his class. There was enough time to learn, cook, eat, drink and chat. Convenient location (above the Mercato Centrale on the west side of the Milano Centrale train station. it’s bit hidden so make sure to got there early if you have never been - take the stairs up and walk to the end you will see the Scuola signs-)
The cook/cooking instructor Fabrizio was informative, fun, calm/patient and a great teacher!
We learned to make 2 types of ravioli shapes and tagliatelle. & vanilla gelato! Seasonal recipe using radicchio for the pest sauce was very interesting and had great flavor.
Truly worth the experience and highly recommended!! She was enthusiastic and an excellent teacher. Her friendly style made the whole group feel comfortable and work together well. She also taught us much about Italian culture and the central role that food plays in it.

- Joe H1 contributionOur host Chiara was lovely and made us feel completely at ease, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We learned to make fresh pasta from scratch, as well as a classic tiramisu that turned out delicious. There was plenty of lovely food and wine to go round which we also enjoyed! It was a wonderful way to enjoy incredible food while learning more about Italian cooking. If you are staying in Milan for a holiday, you could consider booking towards the start of the trip as we benefitted from Chiara’s recommendations for things to do locally. Chef Francesco answered my many questions with his amazing knowledge and provided me with a wonderful pizza making experience. Making pizza is very simple and easy, but it is a very deep dish.
