I usulally come for lunch during the summer time . Small plate simple but good. This place is so quiet, I love it!

Nice off the beaten path park in Bergamo, offering several trails with views over a couple of ponds and wildlife. A cool thing about this place is the bar/pizzeria sitting in the very heart of it, where you can order burgers, pizzas or drinks. It is quite good for a night out and it's got plenty of outdoors seating options and music is on over night...maybe a bit too loud to be honest, so that would be the only thing I'd criticise considering you can barely talk and sustain a conversation with the music level being so high.

Secure place and spacious for kids entertainment during winter time - enough place to run and play until they drop dead! All indoor.

After walking in the Old Town we discovered this beautiful botanical garden nearby (I saw it on a map). We climbed up 120 stairs and walked around. It’s free and you can relax or have a picnic in this nice, quiet park. There were lots of plants and flowers but they haven't bloomed yet. The view was magnificent, we saw the lower town. You should wear comfty shoes a take some water with you.

A touching tribute to soldiers and the different armed forces of Italy. A lovely shaded walk with beautiful views over Bergamo

Good place to have a picnic at the european summer. Parco Turani or Parco Redona, how people calls here is a big park situated in the heart of Redona comunity, the last boarder of Bergamo city limit at northwest. Redona comunity is very active and always organize events around the park. Outside park, a big italian church some restaurants. Inside the park doesn't have any food or drink to buy. But just five minutes from have a good supermaket that you can certainly get all you need to have good moments enjoying your picnic.
