- GOG69Bedford, UK226 contributionsWe found the area full of life a great place for the famous selfie with the famous bridge in the background. The area is also a good place for restaurants with many down the beautiful side streets.Written September 11, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GOG69Bedford, UK226 contributionsAfter walking through the centre on the Saturday market we were greeted with the magnificent ancient entrance to the ancient town of Rimini. How it’s still standing is amazing. I imagined approaching this for the first time when it was first built and how people would be impressed by the size.Written September 11, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Square is surrounded by beautifully detailed architectural building with several restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

I just saw on map that it's close to Ravenna, San Marino, and plan to use it as a base. But city deserves more atention itself. It also have great history, nice monuments, very nice streets and buildings. It's also very clean, with very active night life. Very long and wide beaches, spothless clean and very well organized. And city have great hotels near the beach for very very decent price. Actually I would say cheap, at least in september. Probably because swimming season is over, but either way it makes me thinking about spending summer here. Good service, a lot of things to see nearby.Written September 19, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Claude MVence, France908 contributionsSpectacular remains of a surgeon's house. The mosaics themselves justify the visit, but if you take the time to visit the archeological section of the city museum, you will see reconstitutions of the surgeons' office and examination rooms.
When visiting the ruins, take the audio guide: it does add a lot of useful information about the site and what was discovered.Written April 23, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jason SMelbourne, Australia1,646 contributionsReally good piazza that certainly is full of history (like most of Italy!!!)

The building is a sheltered, open air market and designed to look like a loggia. The structure is open on all four sides supported by Romanesque arches. Stone benches sit longitudinally on either side for stall holders. At the corners of the building are statuettes of dolphins with water jets that used to be for cleaning fish. There were a few flower stalls on the day we visited, but most of the stalls were empty and excellent for photography.Written July 14, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
