It was good idea to have a Chauffeur for a day trip to Lake Como. We, my family of 6 people, easily got into the Mercedes' ICS car, with smartly dressed Chauffeur, who will take us from Milano to lake Como and other places around.
The car was clean and comfortable. Cold water bottles waited for us. The driver helped us to decide where to stop for lunch.
    We had a great day.

I own a Black Car Company in Phoenix, AZ (Southwest Sedan Service) so I went on-line to find a company in Italy that could tour us around the Amalfi Coast area. We agreed to a reasonable price and the chauffeur/tour guide met us at the train station in Salerno.
We were pleased with the MB Van they used, very comfortable and new, the tour guide spoke English very well and really knew the area. This was a great time and a must for anyone going to Italy to do.

This was our first time going to visit Italy, Bologna specifically, and we are so glad that we found Alessandro to take us around! He set up a 3 day plan for us, taking us around to all the major sites in Bologna and even getting us to do a food tour to prosciutto factory and a parmigiano reggiano factory, which ended with a delicious (huge) meal in a vineyard on the hills of Bologna, A MUST.

He was always on time and spoke great english so he was explaining the history and culture of the place, making our trip extra special. Not to mention his patience while he was taking us shopping in the city centre!

I would definitely recommend contacting him next time you're in town!

    Thanks Alessandro!

The tour was in English and Italian. The microphones were poor quality so having to listen to the Italian version after each time she gave her speech in English, was annoying and also time wasting. When we asked in the office for the English tour we were told their website makes it clear that the tour will be in English and Italian. This wasn't clear and others we asked said the same. Saying that, the tour was a good price for the few places it took us as the entrance fee was included. However, overall I felt like I was on a school trip trying to avoid the teachers!

We used aerobus to get to Bologna
Centre from airport, it’s very easy to use, just get a ticket from machines , it’s 6 euros per person and stop is just outside the exit at airport.

This company was very communicative and sent several emails to identify by name the person and how our sign would read to make for an easy connection. Depending on a transfer company, especially for longer halls, can be nerve. Racking, and this organization kept my mind at ease.

I have been to different parts of Italy three times before, but I have never seen people as rude as the staff at Bologna airport. They treated us as if we were carrying drugs because we had a jar of Nutella in our trunk. however, I came with the same baggage as a connecting flight from Alghero airport. Also there are not enough space to sit, everyone sits on their coats on the floor.
