Worth the money, may not be the cheapest but you get a legit chef taking you around where other tourists aren’t and weaves in historical facts while walking around

The tour guide was on time, thorough, well-informed and very flexible. The tour was well designed and we saw a lot in 4-5 hours. The driver and vehicle were of high quality, and the vehicle was a newer model Mercedes van. Recommend this to anyone going to Bologna.

We had a wonderful experience on this full day tour that we will remember forever. We had a driver from our hotel in Bologna who was charming and professional. We met our guide, Julia and she stayed with us for wonderful tours of the Parmesan cheese producer, the Parma Ham producer and a lovely local lunch. She knows the producers so well that we were able to see and video the cheesemaking and fire branding and also some of the steps in the Parma Ham production. After lunch we went on to the balsamic vinegar producer, which was less personal but just as informative and interesting. Needless to say we came home with wonderful products from each producer. A fantastic day!

I'm a demo cooking instructor and my husband is reallly into wines -- Sarah curated a wonderful food and wine tour that met all our interests and expectations. She always managed to throw in wonderful stories and history tidbits about Bologna and we never would have found anywhere else. Loved her, loved the tour!

Excellent cultivated experience with the producers in the area! Thoroughly enjoyed all three! The Parmigiano Reggiano cheese manufacturer was an informative tour with a humorous tour guide. The wine tour was good and the wine excellent. The lunch at the home of a balsamic vinegar producer was over the top! And all products were affordable!

Book this experience and you won't regret it! Hopefully you'll get Ricardo as your guide! He was amazing

Hands down best experience in Italy so far. Don’t skip this! You’ll learn so much about how some of the foods we commonly consume are produced and the difference between certifications from one region to another. The owner, Alessandro, is a party and a half by himself! I’m eager to try other experiences put on by this company. Everything was perfection.

This was a little scary because we put our kids in a car with a stranger, but it was the dream of my son to ride in a Lambo. Both the 7 and 10 year old loved it. They only got up to 140 KPH-ish because they drive on the highway, but it was a convertible so the kids thought it was a lot faster. 10 minutes is about 120 USD. Very professional staff. The factory was closed when we were there, but it was still worth it.

What an amazing wealth of information and passion for Bologna. The guide gave an extensive history of the city and we sampled truly local specialties. I highly recommend.

We didn't end up going on this tour as Frederico was too busy and said shops would be closed on Sunday. So not sure why he would offer the tour on a Sunday. I asked for a refund and he said he would so no problems. However it did not come after a week so I asked him to check it. In the meantime we discovered he did a cooking class. We decided to go and at the same time try and sort out the refund. The cooking class was ok and Frederico was a good host. But unfortunately the pasta is just bland and as Frederico said himself the food in Bologna is overrated. We did get a couple of tips. But too be frank, like most things in Bologna his class was extremely expensive. We eventually got the refund so not sure why it didn't work the first time. We ended up paying for his class on PayPal, they take a massive cut so if you can pay by cash do so. Overall the class was a nice experience.
